Sat at the bar my waiter was awesome. Food was good. I went for breakfast 2 eggs over medium hashbrowns biscuits and gravy. All perfectly cooked but the biscuits were too dense. I prefer mine fluffy. Other than exceptional food and service. Can't wait to come back.

We went on Father’s Day and had such a good experience, bringing out the bear made it such an awesome experience as well! We had Katy as our waitress and she was amazing! Even with them being so busy they had it handled! Kudos to such a great team. Only thing I would say personally is maybe dust on the outer areas like the window areas it’s always a place to miss in restaurants. Other than that food was amazing, atmosphere was amazing and service was amazing! Keep up the good work guys.

Really cute diner, lots of black bear stuff all over making a pleasing atmosphere. They give you lots of food for the price. The line at 11am on Sunday was short and moved quickly. The breakfast burrito was huge, too big to eat at once so we boxed it up and took it home. The eggs and bacon were really good along with hash browns. The bacon was thick and done right. The cup of chili was too spicy and thick for me. The waitress Karen was very attentive and we left her a nice tip. The sweet tea was very very good. The menu looks like a newspaper to sit down and read, very kool. All in all we will return there again.

Hello, I am writing because of the atrocity of service I witnessed at your location on Broadway in Tucson, Az on Christmas Day around 1 in the afternoon... An older lady came in around the same time that my family and I were sitting enjoying our day, she was seating a a two person table near us, I distinctly remember her because she was wearing a Santa dress.. Soon after her food was delivered she got up and went to the rest room, when she came out the waiters had cleared her table and seated another couple. We could tell she seemed to be very embarrassed and taken back by this, we over heard the manager offering her 50% off her meal. Intrigued by this, I kept observing and when she approached the front to pay there was a group of worked sitting there laughing and making fun about "table 35", this woman was almost in tears and the whole staff was mocking her and thought the situation was funny. It sounded like she tried to stand up for herself while they were making fun of the situation. This poor older lady was being made fun of ON CHRISTMAS, by the staff, and it was not the whole staffs business so I would assume the manager went and joked about it with employees. This is a disgrace. I will never visit a Black Bear Diner again after what I witnessed. And they still made her pay for the meal they rudely TOOK from her. Disgusting and disgraceful and a poor business practice.
This borderlines discrimination on single older women and I hope she decides to take action against your team for how she was treated, and she was the only person who seemed to be there alone on Chtristmas. Absolute disgrace.
I hope you guys are proud of the customer service your team provided on what should be a day filled with joy, love and compassion must have completely crushed this poor women.
