I have been here twice now and highly recommend. I met one of the owners who is incredibly knowledgeable about the healing benefits of the herbs, which was a huge plus for me. The husband and wife team collaborate on the creation of blends and use only the best quality ingredients; you won’t be disappointed with their many offerings.

Update from 3-24-24:Eddie was exceptionally helpful and educating. He was so patient, as he explained the various teas and even made us samples so that we could understand and choose before making our purchases. I am really new to the whole tea drinking experience, as I never liked "iced tea." After last week's visit, I couldn't wait to come back to select more tea to enjoy hot instead of my usual coffee. Tucson Tea has so many delicious teas! But my personal favorites are the Jasmine Silver Leaf—it’s extraordinarily tasty with low caffeine—and the Jasmine Pearls! They’re both exquisite!

My spouse loves tea and so for her birthday we made the hour drive to Park Mall only to find the store not open at 11 nor 11:15 or 11.40 when we gave up. I called the store later and someone answered and lied to me saying they opened at 11 today only when I called them out did they admit an employee called in so they opened a little late. Not only did you miss a big sale from us but a potential long time customer with these antics. It's the lying that really crossed the line.

I love Tucson Tea Company and am so happy they have a physical store (even if it's across town from my house.) The Bonita Berry was my longtime favorite for years, but it's recently been dethroned by the Sparkly Pink Drink, which is amazing either hot or cold. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you need help making a decision and my only complaint about this wonderful place is that it offers too many teas and I'll never be able to try them all. That being said, there's truly something for everyone here, and too many good teas is the best kind of problem. They also sell tea accessories, so if you aren't already set up at home for loose leaf brewing, they've got you covered.

Wonderful first time experiencing Tucson Tea Company! I had a delicious cup of Masala Chai - it was so good I bought a 3 ounce bag of the loose leaf plus a 1 ounce bag of Chocolate Truffle Black Tea loose leaf. This is my first time trying tea from this wonderful company. It shipped to me super fast. I live in new york state, and it reached me in three days! I love my tea! It's wonderful! Their website has one of the most beautiful lay-outs for a tea company that I have seen. I tried their Ceylon tea. I will definitely be ordering more of it. I highly recommend this splendid tea company.

What a delightful surprise this elegant tea shop is! From the relaxing ambience to the delightful aroma of a variety of tea smells, I felt relaxed and envigorated immediately. The loose leaf teas are wonderful! The prices are very reasonable, and they also support El Rio Health Center by donating all funds from special purchases to El Rio.

I bought the package for adaptogen detox 100 dollars, and I’ve called few times and sent a chat, supposed to have a guide for it to my email. The owner won’t even bother. Disappointed.

I absolutely love tea and try e tea that I bought was delicious. this was my first visit. It was medium slow. I had asked the employee that was working for my favorite flavors so she could guide me. she just pointed and had me searching through bags and was not very interested in helping me. I bought two bags to try and ordered a tea to go. The tea I ordered to go was great but she told me add my own syrup and then walked off. the tea is great quality but the service lacked.
