This place SUCKS! The yogurt always tastes off and is always way too watery. On top of this I have seen multiple toppings that are not only stale but in the completely wrong container. The manager of this establishment always seems in a terrible mood and has no clue how to treat customers. If you care about your health in the slightest I would AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

I absolutely love visiting Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt at Park Place Mall in Tucson, AZ! Every time I stop by, I'm impressed by the wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Whether you're in the mood for something fruity, chocolatey, or tart, they have something for everyone.

The self-serve setup is so much fun — you can mix and match flavors and load up on as many toppings as you like. The fruit is always fresh, and the candy and syrup options make it easy to create the perfect treat.

The staff here are always friendly and keep the place clean, which is a big plus. It's a great spot to cool off after shopping or just to treat yourself to something sweet.

We went to Tutti Frutti on Saturday, and the experience was amazing! My daughter wasn’t sure what she wanted, but the girl working was so kind and patient with her. She let my daughter sample the flavors and even gave her a great recommendation based on what she liked. My daughter ended up choosing the suggested flavor and absolutely loved it—she was so happy!

Even though it was busy when we went, the service was still top-notch. The employee, Isa, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. My daughter is still talking about the ice cream and how much she enjoyed it! Isa definitely deserves a raise. We’ll be coming back because of the amazing customer service.

I had never gone to a yogurt shop. I went for my granddaughter, and she asked for a really odd combination of yogurts. I showed the gal behind the counter the text, and she explained exactly how to make the desired concoction. I got the biggest cup. Started with yogurt and then got the desired toppings. Walked out with an 18.00 yogurt. 🤣🤣 I was a hero that day, thanks to the gal behind the counter, who was actually the hero for me. No self respectful grandparent wants to fail their grandkids!❤️

Worst customer service I received by Alexis B. She was annoyed watching me and my daughter make our yogurt bowl. Angry because she had to fix the angle of the topping spoons. She didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. I won't be going back to this location.

I give this place 1 star and they probably don't deserve that!! We drove 45 minutes and we get there and the employee is checking her arm pits with her gloves on and the sample cups fell and she picked them up with the same gloves and put them on the shelf I the back and then she is rubbing her arms. I told my son to put everything back this place is dirty. She did all this infrot of us. She probably cut the fruit with the same gloves.

Give the customer some space and stop asking for a 20% tip for a self serve yogurt

I would never buy anything from this location not because the product they serve is bad.But rather I cannot, and you should not support a local business in Tucson Az location Park Place mall of whom the owner of this company is taking advantage of the young employees who are not aware of the laws in the state of Arizona regarding tips and tip pools, she is withholding, all tips that belongs to the employees who work there. Majority of them are young and It is their first time job. In the state of Arizona, it is illegal for managers and owners to take tips and keep them from the tip pool that should be given to the employees evenly distributed for the record. The only time and employer manager/owner can keep tips is when they themselves receive tips given to them directly from the customer. On behalf of several employees of that location I will be filing a report with.DES and the Department of Lobor effective immediately.
