I would never buy anything from this location not because the product they serve is bad.But rather I cannot, and you should not support a local business in Tucson Az location Park Place mall of whom the owner of this company is taking advantage of the young employees who are not aware of the laws in the state of Arizona regarding tips and tip pools, she is withholding, all tips that belongs to the employees who work there. Majority of them are young and It is their first time job. In the state of Arizona, it is illegal for managers and owners to take tips and keep them from the tip pool that should be given to the employees evenly distributed for the record. The only time and employer manager/owner can keep tips is when they themselves receive tips given to them directly from the customer. On behalf of several employees of that location I will be filing a report with.DES and the Department of Lobor effective immediately.

Today me and my friend went to tutti fruity and had a horrible experience with one of the workers. The girl with the bangs and a tattoo on her arm gave me horrible attitude for apparently taking too long to pick out my toppings, mind you there was no one else in the store. She kept looking back at my friend and rolling her eyes and when I was done which it only took me a minute or two she asked are you ready with a obvious attitude assuming my friend would agree with her irritation. overall the customer service was poor and I don't think i'll be going again :) hope this gets back to management

A worker girl with a tattoo and bangs gave my friend attitude after she was seemingly taking too long to pick out toppings. she kept looking back at me and rolling her eyes and laughing while my friend picked out her toppings. She then told my friend rudely to put her cup closer to the toppings. When my friend was done picking out toppings and she said "are you ready" with an attitude. Needless to say id rather go somewhere else for my fro yo cause that was so unneccesary. As someone who works in the service industry, i understand how difficult it can be but we didn't deserve to be treated that way. I don't suggest coming here if you don't want be treated like an inconvenience.

We visited Tutti Frutti and were impressed by how clean the store was kept. It was one of the cleanest branches I've visited. There were a lot of options available for toppings and frozen yogurt, making it easy for me to customize my dessert to my liking.The location was great and not too busy. Overall it was a great experience. The cleanliness of the store and the abundance of toppings were the standout features for me.
