We had the bfast burrito and the biscuits & gravy. The biscuits especially were very flavorful and had layers of herbs. We were offered a sample of the soup of the day too which was a lemony lentil chowder. Healthiest real home cooked food of the 20 hour roadtrip!

Well I went to this location and I was very surprised the food is amazing the owner was there explained everything . The food is so good I went back for lunch the next day I highly recommend this place. I also got one of their amazing smoothies, made fresh He on my list to come back next time in this area

Have gluten & dairy allergy, and Urban Fresh had plenty of options. The Yin Yang noodle salad was very fresh with the perfect amount of flavor! The outdoor seating was comfortable even in the 100+ degree weather. The staff were very friendly and talkative! Enjoyed the visit very much!

I used to work downtown and would often get smoothies from this place. The owner is always so kind and generous, ane the other staff are also very welcoming. I definitely recommend going!
Staff (and especially the owner) are incredibly kind and offer fantastic service. Having a vegan fast-casual place within walking distance of the office is fantastic. Relatively small menu, but everything I’ve tried I would happily order again. Do not sleep on the baked goods!

Wow! I have had two takeouts (soup) and a Thai wrap. All amazing! Fresh ingredients, not off a Cisco truck. It as been busy each time I go in, but never rushed.
