We had an amazing dining experience! The attention to detail is unparalleled to any other restaurant in Tucson. All of the dishes were creative and delicious.

Not sure why but they will only allow pairs to each have the same tasting menu, meaning if one is vegetarian and the other enjoys meat you have to each eat the same dishes.
Never have we had this issue anywhere in the world.
We were looking forward to this meal but canceled after discovering that.
Next level cuisine, care, and ingredient-worship. Welcome to Tucson, thank you!!

My husband and I went last night, and it was such an enjoyable and unique! We couldn't really think of where else in Tucson you would get a fine dining experience.
We did the $150 chef picked menu with the drink pairing. The pairing really does enhance the meal! Not all pairings are alcoholic. It was very apparent that they are staying true to their vision of showcasing South West beauty and cuisine.
Some people did come and sit at the bar. They ordered drinks and a few menu items.
The staff is top notch! You could tell they were paying close attention to us. What we liked and disliked, the pacing of our meal, and ensuring we had a beautiful evening.

Top tier experience on all levels. From the moment we walked in the door the service was beyond. The staff was so kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The food was extraordinary, unlike any culinary experience I’ve had in my life. So masterfully created and presented with flavors that were out of this world. I feel like I’ll never be able to enjoy another meal after this experience.
This establishment deserves all the accolade there is to be had. I will remember this meal for the rest of my life.

For 2025 Ursa is a top favorite.
Ursa offers a meticulously crafted experience of Arizona flavors ranging from barrel cactus to elk.
The dinner experience is simply delicious and unique beginning with small bites of layers and smokiness, landing on sumptuous wild boar, and finishing with refreshing berry sorbets.
The wine selection includes Arizona and Slovenian wines that pair well with the cuisine.
The plating is bar none: carefully thought out and including desert staples like turquoise.
Last and certainly not least is the staff: very attentive, kind, knowledgeable and a treat to interact with.

Outstanding multi-course meal with creative desert ingredients, together with thoughtful beverage (cocktail, wine, and NA) pairing. The dishes were all works of art in appearance and taste. Best part with the friendly, highly professional staff, who knew how to serve and make you feel comfortable.

We happened to be walking and searching and by chance found Ursa. Great treat! The atmosphere is pristine - we like that. The food was unique, tasty and beautiful. Loved each of the presentations - tableware was varied and highly appropriate for each course. We especially enjoyed the pairing menu - very nice to have a mix of alcohol and non alcohol beverages. We were impressed with the teamwork of each member - seamless. Food came from the kitchen and beverages from the bar on the opposite end of the room - simultaneously. Blown away that they had just been open for six weeks. Try it, you’ll love the food theme - all local.

Beautiful experience. The tasting menu evoked what I love most about the Sonoran desert in a really special, intentional way.
Presentation, flavors, ambiance were lovely and they nailed it with the pairings. We especially enjoyed the first, second, and last courses.

Speechless, this is a truly magical, chef-driven menu with flavors and combinations I guarantee you've never experienced before. I was raised in the Sonoran desert and this menu, each plate, drink and presentation was an emotional experience, a true homage to this beautiful land. Bring your sense of curiosity and be prepared to be wowed. The service is also exceptional and attentive. Thank you Aaron and June!

Incredible restaurant and worth every penny. I cannot overstate how dedicated chef and the team are to providing an incredibly unique and special experience. This is not just “southwestern cuisine” - it is truly dedicated, local, and grounded in the southwest. It is food that pulls no punches and offers us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the deep culinary history and floral and fauna of our region. Ursa is a TRUE fine dining experience and is a vital asset to this town and the southwest. I have had my fair share of Michelin star experiences across the world, and I can confidently say Ursa was one of the best and most unique meals I have ever had. Please, please go and experience this as you’re able and support this team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🛞😉

This is an awesome fine dining restaurant. Loves the vibe, food, drinks and service. The corn ice cream with caramel was the best dessert I’ve had in years.

We went to Ursa in Tucson for the 10 course tasting menu. I had high hopes that it would be great! The atmosphere is simple and elegant. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive! Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming and overpriced. Some courses were lacking flavour and others were overwhelmingly smoky/burnt. I enjoyed 3 of the courses, each of which I observed were served in the 5 course option. I’m not sure if we will return but if so, I would opt for the 5 instead 10 course option.
