I love Peruvian food, and decided to check this place for dinner. The traditional civiche was the best I've experienced. The traditional potato dish - Papa A la was good and the traditional pisco sour. The spicy sirloin tip entre - Incan Fuego Saltado was delicious.
Food was good and the server was decent. He didn't bring the usual starting dish everyone gets at the beginning. He seemed a bit annoyed we took awhile to make decisions on our entrees. The ambience was decent until halfway through our meal when the staff all congregated at the back of the restaurant (across from our table) standing around watching a baseball game. We then split an entree of the Snapper a Lo Mochi. Definitely an item to split, as you get an entire snapper. One of the best things I've ever had. Sooooo good.
Our server Magda helped us with our choices and was very insightful in assisting us in choosing the right wine.
