Went to vitality for the first time today. Referred by F45 Rita ranch. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I got the tropical paradise smoothie and it was very good. Will be coming back for more!

I dislike fake reviews, and I think there is more than one listed here!. I am specially directing my complaint to the chimichurri steak latest review. Nothing could be furthest from the truth. First of all when ingredients are specified, usually the first ingredient with most volume is entered first. In this case that ingredient would be rice because it makes the volume of the wrap. Steak? You got to be kidding me! that is an almost fraudulent statement. If those bits of ultra thin and greasy appearance are called steak, we definitely do have a problem! Chimichurri? You wish. And the cherry on top, the "wrap" dripped oil or grease .. literally dripped all over the table, my clothes... It took them 14 minutes to grill that thing and there were no other clients around either. This falls on the owner. 12 bucks....make a better sandwich!. I couldn't find a better excuse to stop wasting money eating out in Tucson.
First time here and ordered through the very easy to navigate app. Inside is kind of a hodgepodge of different places and unless you pay close attention to the little stickers on the Kiosks, you may end up at the coffee kiosk like I did.
I ordered the Berry Protein smoothie and Chimichurri steak wrap. The wrap was better than average but didn’t blow my socks off. The ingredients were fresh with great flavor but an overwhelming amount of red onions and sunflower seeds. If I visit here again, I’d opt out of them on the app.
The smoothie though. I wish I’d have tried it there and not 15 min away at my office. I say with full confidence that this was the worst smoothie I have ever had. I however am also confident I received the wrong one as after looking back at the app, it appears to be a pink in color whereas the one I received was a deep dark purple and an overpowering bitter earthy taste instead of fresh fruits and berries.
Overall, I’m giving a 3 star review where any large chain would have received a 1. I respect that it’s a newer restaurant and I don’t want a 1 star review to negatively effect the rating as Tucson is already hurting for health conscious restaurants.
To wrap up, I think if I go again I’d do the wrap again, but maybe elsewhere for a smoothie. But there’s also the concern I received the wrong one and maybe the one I should have received is better?. Who knows.

Ordering online was super easy and my food was delivered very quickly and warm. I created my own profile/log in so it will be very easy next time I order. Amazing concept!!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu options and offering recommendations.I opted for the chimichurri steak wrap, and I regret it. The wrap had extremely healthy ingredients. It's definitely something you can eat and not feel guilty for having. It was clear that everything was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.Honestly, I was surprised by how affordable the prices were considering the quality of the food. You definitely get your money's worth here. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.
