After reading the other reviews and knowing that people don’t like the food and they don’t like the service and yet The Managment or owners don’t seem to be making the necessary changes to make the customers happy there is no point to say more than read the reviews and then go to Taco Bell across the street

Ordered 2 chicken chimichanga plates which supposed to come with rice, beans, avocado, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and pico...I asked for NO sour cream....got home and both orders were horrible!!! NO Rice NO beans nothing but lettuce and dam SOUR cream. After saying NO sour cream it was swimming in sour cream.... Seriously!!!! That boy cook needs to go!!! Over $30

Alex needs to be fired! Worst customer service and overall a bad person. Cussing out a customer because he was frustrated with a mistake he made is not right. He told us to go back the next day for a refund once we got there which was already an inconvenience he stated his manager was not there so he couldn’t refund us after he told us to go back the following day. Poor service, poor communication, and bad training to staff. Please hire people with common sense and maybe a highschool diploma (atleast)

The only reason I care to leave a review is that the salsa here is great. Tacos and burritos can be hit or miss, mostly pretty good... but more often then not the service is terrible. Between bad attitudes and random "30 minutes closures for cleaning" right at dinner time... this establishment has ability to be much greater then what they are.

How does this place only have 3 stars?? I ordered online to get breakfast burritos for my family. The food was ready early and they were very accommodating to my request to cut all the burritos in half. They even individually wrapped each half with a label, to go above and beyond my request. :) My order was accurate, tidy packaging, and included delicious sauce! Everyone asked where I picked up the breakfast and wanted to try more of their food in the future. Great experience!

Girl working the drive through acts like she's scared to open the window and even more afraid of speaking to people...maybe you should put her in the back somewhere. Also, worst carne asada burrito ever. No pico, just a bunch of tomatoes..and a little carne asada.. Lame.

The restaurant is really horrible with customer service. Not to mention, but portion there is horrible. extra side is small salsa portion cups. I think the $3.49cents are worth more than what they give you. They hardly give you meats and guacamole for their super nachos and frys. They just don't care about the customer they just care about getting their money that all.
