I ordered the Mexican omelette burrito for my dad and there was a stran of steel wool in it. If he ate that he could have choked and possibly died from lacerations to his throat.. I also ordered the Machaca burrito and there was no meat in it just alot of egg and potato.. I won't be going back to this location.

I come to this restaurant for food all the time !!! And I can’t believe how poor the customer service is ! It’s so awful to go spend your money somewhere and have the girl at the window be so rude all the time!! She’s so unhappy and annoyed with ANYTHING YOU ASK FOR!!! She seriously shouldn’t be working in a place that’s providing food or a service of any kind until she learns how to treat people! I I am very disappointed because I will have to no longer come here if I have to deal with this anymore

I ordered sour cream and guacamole on the side of my super fries with extra meat they charged me for extras, and did not give them the Quantity of the food has declined in the last year, and customer service is quite lacking as well.

Online clearly says 24hr fastfood Mexican restaurant then it says closes at 10pm and there at 9pm and they are closed so what time are they actually open till ?

Cashier was rude then take my whole order. When I try to speak to her and speak to a manager she slammed the window and locked it and walked away. Then I call corporate and corporate just only wanted to replace one meal and not my home menu they also didn't want to do their job. I will never return back to this restaurant ever again no five star rating from me.

Terrible communication from staff. We had to order the Super Papas three different times... Each time we ordered it she'd respond back with a completely different item. She didn't understand until the third time.Finally, we ordered a California Burrito. It's hard to screw that up. Not here! I came home to find some weird Veggie Burrito in its place.It was my first time and disappointing to say the least. I'll stick with other restaurants from here on out.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER. THE STAFF GETS THE ORDER WRONG AND THEN ARGUES WITH THE CUSTOMER ABOUT IT. I just had a horrible experience at this viva. I placed my order and got my food in a timely fashion but made the mistake of not check my order at the store. Got home to see I was missing two sides. So I went back to the store and was told that they had given them to me and refused to give me more even though I never got the sides.

The food is OK don't get me wrong but it's listed as a 24 hour restaurant, yet they close at 10 PM. so, I don't understand why it's listed as a 24 hour restaurant, and the service is garbage every time I go in there so I try not to go there I usually end up going to the one that's over on Irvington.

The fryers are always turn off for some reason so you cant order any food that requires that. Happens at all times. Extremely slow as well. Sometimes wait 20mins for your food.
They're always out of multiple items. The workers are always rude. This location closes at 10, we came at 9:10 and asked if they were still open. The girl replied yes, then we tried to order super papa's and she said "mmm actually were closed" definitely go to any other locations or the subway right next door.

It is bad idea for business to be cleaning your fryer out for the night at 7PM. I can imagine many people are trying to order dinner and can't get several things on your menu because it requires the use of the fryer that your staff decided to shut down during dinner hours.

We like the food but got shorted on a takeout order. Ordered 5 items and they forgot 1, an order of 4 tacos, $8. Be sure to check your food items if you go.

Every time I go there they've always been nice they've never gotten my order wrong and the time that I ordered the wrong thing went back to get the one I originally wanted they give me it for free kind of people you can't go with Viva burrito

Everytime I go they are out of items, there guacamole is ALWAYS brown, it’s a charged add on which should atleast be fresh if they are charging extra, and today they didn’t even take my order because they apparently had 5 door dash orders ahead, I was willing to wait and the lady said she wasn’t going to take my order until they were through with the door dash orders. I still had to wait in the drive through line because there were cars in front and behind me. It was the worst experience I’ve had at this location so far, I’ll definitely drive further now if I know my time won’t be wasted like it always is.
