Ordered a Carne Asada Burrito no pico de gallo with guacamole on the side and only red sauce. Got the burrito no guacamole and no red sauce. Called back only to have Nancy Z. hang up on me. Called back again only to have her say you can come in and pick up the salsa. After the hang up wont be going there no more.

I moved to Wilmot and Golf Links area in January 2023. And never once has this location been open for dine in or take out. Only drive thru. I have been able to order thru delivery apps many times. But in 2.5 yrs only the drive thru has ever been open. I shouldn't have to pay tips and fees just to get my nachos. I live 2 blocks away and use public transit. I walk past here multiple times per day. So Im not exaggerating wen I say NEVER OPEN. WTH Viva???

Worst service!!! Came around 9:30pm (closes @ 10pm) pulled up to the speaker to get my order in and no response. Pulled to the drive thru window and no one to be found. The sign in the front said drive thru open. Knocked on the window in the lobby because the doors are closed and an older lady who was the cook said to go back around and order at the drive thru.. And I did, once again no answer... the guy from the other establishment next to viva said i think they are closed and explained to him it doesn't close until 10pm. Came back around to the drive thru window and got down once again while husband is at the drive thru waiting knocked on the lobby window again. The cook went and got the young girl as i seen her come from the back and im calling the restaurant and the young girl answered. I explained that we have been waiting she stated that the headset wasn't working. I told her my husband at the window waiting to order. At this point I'm irritated and it seems like they didn't want to work, and the headset was hanging on the wall. Will be calling to discuss about the service.

Thanks for giving my poor 8 year old son food poisoning. It’s very surprising this location is open. It gives Viva burrito a bad name. Avoid this disgusting place!!!
The super nachos were really good. It's kind of pricey, and the drive-thru wait was very long with just one car ahead of me.

This place is gross 🤢. I ordered a carne asada torta. This is not carne asada, this is a piece of old grey meat, like a steakum 🤢🤢. The mayo tasted rotten. This place needs some serious help.
