I go to Viva at least twice a week. Ordered a ham breakfast burrito and there was 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. After waiting 15 mins, i left! Service is always a 10 minute or more wait for ordering one item. I just got dinner for my boyfriend & I that consisted of chips & guacamole, 2 shreeded beef tacos, side order of rice, & 3 rolled tacos w/guacamole for $27. I had to go back in as i literally got a handful of chips, very little cheese & 2tbs of guacamole for $8.19! Seriously!? The rolled tacos had maybe a small teaspoon of guacamole & a few shreads of cheese & this is not the first time!! Will not be going back & will be going 2 buildings down to Filibertos from now as I get what i paid for!

I've always used the drive-through, so I'm not sure about the inside. I can tell you that from the take out window it's clean and we'll maintained. The food is good and very fresh. It's fun to listen to the cook chopping and cooking tge food.

This location is just awful. Their menu isn't as full as other Vivas and I've had the displeasure of being served by rude workers on the drive through. Even though I live close by to this one, I actually take the time to drive to the craycroft and 22nd location instead because they are far superior.
I love this place! Thay make really good food and from my experiences the employees are nice and easy to talk to and as someone who bikes to school and out and about the free water cups are amazing I have no complaints about this place
The employees did not want to work, sign said open, hours posted said open, employees could be seen inside, sitting around.
Drive thru person said they were closed. 30 minutes before closing time
I have tried a few breakfast burrito places and of this type, I find this one to be the best.
Bacon always good af. potatoes always cooked... love this location

I was charged $35 for a burrito, 2 tacos and a drink. Instead of lemonade I got horchata and the food was just slop on a plate…I’ve been to numerous Viva’s this one is by far the worst one.

I've been going to this Viva for over 20 years. The last time I went, it was by far the worst burrito I've ever gotten from there. They were fairly busy, so I knew there would be a wait, but the amount of time I waited from ordering to getting my food was well over 15 mins. I literally ordered two breakfast burritos! The staff member did not acknowledge my wait nor apologize.
Now, waiting is annoying, but I would have been fine with that if my burrito was good, but it wasn't. I ordered a ham burrito and got maybe 5 small pieces, very little cheese, stale tortilla, and raw-like potatoes. Gross is an understatement. I'll be going to ANY other Viva from now on.
Kid-friendliness: Fine for kids.

First I ordered the A burrito. It's only supposed to be 599 and they charged me $6.99 for it. Then the lady at the drive-thru was so sick you could hear her gargling snot every other word that she was speaking. I bless my food hoping I wouldn't get sick but one day later I feel sick. And i can tell when I told the lady about overcharging me she already knew it.
