Ok let's start with this, we always go to viva burrito Saturdays and Sundaysmy husband buy around 5 burritos every weekend at irvington and Campbell, 2 of those times I buy chicken enchiladas, and they just give me a 2 roll up tortillas with enchilada sauce and cheese but no chicken, sometimes we ask for one kind of burrito and we get a diferent kind, ,and we said, its ok we understand that sometimes they are training a new employe ,but today my husband whent to buy 2 burritos for him and my son, when he got home he find out it's was only one burrito, he whent back and complained to the viva burrito cashier, at first she agreed to make another burrito for him, and she whent back and come back with totally diferent and bad attitude and she said i looked at the camara and said to him I check the camara and we did give you the burritos, I'm sure what she see on camara was tha paper bag but not the inside of the bag, so my husband said alright and take-off, he tell me, honey, I don't ever whant to go back to that place, I'm a hard worker men and I work so hard to make my money ,to go to give my money for free to this place for nothing back,

The food is good, the only thing missing is a little more flavor from the meat, also if they can improve the drinks because two days ago I ordered Agua de Jamaica and it had a spoiled Lemon flavor from two weeks ago, I couldn't drink

The cashier was somewhere in the back, and the cook sat looking at her phone behind the counter when I arrived. She sat there for another minute and a half before she asked in a somewhat bored tone if she could help me. I won't be back.

Service was honestly just mean, told me I ordered to much food when I got two burritos and a burrito for my kid. Completely botched the order and then told me it's my fault because I didn't call ahead and "expect him to make my food when I ordered all that shit". Asked him if he got my order and said "yeah not that fucking complicated" Told me to park out front and after 20 minutes I just cancelled my order... Bro it was 20 bucks of food and you're a restaurant

Typically when the systems are down and there's not orders being taken, the open sign won't be on and there will be a note saying that you're currently closed. Instead we got a very rude man yell at us from the back "we aren't taking orders! The system is down!" As if we should have known that.. the attitude behind it was disrespectful and that's not how you treat customers. ?? Said sassy employee needs a reality check.

Fem dude at the window/ register has the worse customer service ever. Doesn't give you your money in your hand, throws your food at you. Always looks high and doesn't greet the customers the right way as a customer deserves to be treated. He needs to get fired. Just saying!!

Ordered 2 chimichanga plates one enchilada style. They didn’t make it enchilada style and the didn’t provide the guacamole that is supposed to come with either. The Carnitas chimichanga was dry hard meat, no seasonings, no onions or peppers. Gross totally inedible. I will NEVER go to this or any other Viva again. Filiberto’s is next door that’s where I’ll go from now on.

I could give 0 stars I would! Sadly only because of the their weekend window guy. He is just always so rude and seems to hate that he has to interact with people. Smh We went Saturday as a family to get some breakfast before our day out, we could already tell through the intercom he was bugged that we were be kind asking how his day was. Not the biggest deal right? We proceed to the window to pay he continues he's rudeness and negative attitude, mind you we have our kids in the car so we are trying to just let it go. As we pay he mumbles something so my husband simply asked "what was that ?" Because we could hear him. He said "I said to sign", still we are like brush it off ...... as we are signing he says clear as day under his breath " I said sign fat bitch". I was beyond shocked at what just happened I looked at my husband and we immediately asked for a refund. It took everything in us not to go off , but like I said we had OUR KIDS in the car . He is the worst employee they could have and looks like he is high half the time. Clearly this is a regular thing and they do nothing. Good job viva ! You have lost another "regular" customer. Some advice get a new weekend employee!

I ordered from Grubhub 4 beef tacos because they are usually delicious but not today!!! Half of my taco gone and a pulled a long black hair out of my mouth! ?? I was only able to get a refund for one taco! So after getting literally sick I’m supposed to eat the other 3 to see if there’s hair in them? Not happening! Will not be ordering again!
