Ordered 1130 pm. Beans were cold, tasteless, no seasoning, cheap cheese and tasted like water and looked it too. Guac was 9 bucks and had no seasoning or flavor. Fish burrito was hollow, poor, cheap and pitiful. Bag of chips, C- side of pico—27 bucks! My message to Vivas consistent bad service is that I’m done. Your food line is NOT to temp. Your steam table cannot possibly be functioning. Your food is never hot. You’re probably in violation. I’m calling a surveyor on you, cause you deserved it. Your establishment is an embarrassment. And at a time when people demand their moneys worth, a person is better off grocery shopping or settling for an omelet at home—cause at least that will be hot.

Live down the road and tried it a few times. Last time I got food poisoning and never went back. Didn't eat anything else before or after that day so I know it was them.
Also most items are very undersized compared to most taco shops and not well made at all. I don't see this place lasting another year.

what is this garbage? bacon egg and cheese burrito was nothing more than potatoes wrapped in a tortilla. salsa was watered down. find somewhere else to eat.

I stopped by to grab a Carne asada burrito no guacamole but add beans....got to my infusion, started eating the burrito....1/2 way through the burrito I am trying to chew a bite and I find out there was a good sized piece of jagged hard plastic. I called the restaurant and told them, the lady said to me 'oh that's never happened before, I'm sorry,' she asked me what was the color of the plastic, clear or colored, she couldnt imagine where the plastic came from, (it was clear). She stated to me 'it might of come in with the meat, but I'll tell the cook to becareful. ' she did apologize but no offer to refund my money or anything. I paid $10.35 for 1/2 of a burrito because not going to eat any more of it...that is the very last visit to, or money I will spend at Viva Burrito. I want to add a photo of the plastic that was in the burrito....and will as soon as I figure out how to get the photo on here.

The egg, potato and cheese burrito had egg shells in it and the chicken burrito was very plain and no flavor. the bean and cheese burrito also didn't have much flavor, but what is truly upsetting is the breakfast burrito. Won't be going back to any Viva!

I was very pleased with this place. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathroom. Will come back.

These tacos are gross. They are cold. The meat is very Bland. Corn tortillas are very cold, seemed like they were not even cooked. This is the second time that I've gotten food from this place and at first I thought it was a one time thing. However on the second visit they were even worse. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy LOL. If you want some good tacos go to Guero Canelos down the street or hell even a Filibertos.

Food was not worth price. Salsa was watered down. No flavor in rice or chicken tacos.
I use to eat here all the time. Now everything on the menu is 50% smaller and 50% more expensive. Even the 3 rolled tacos are extremely tiny now, not just that the oil they're fried in very old I could taste a strange bitter taste. I was sick the entire day after eating them. I will never be going back. Too many better quality places to choose from.
