Just walked out after waiting at least 15 min to be greeted, much less served. 3 people working, no greeting and 2 employees seemed very angry so they decided not to address us. I inquired as to whom was serving us and I was told the waitress was assigned to us but never came she to our table. What happen to human courtesy. I do not recommend this location.

Our waitress Willow was outstanding. The grits bowl with eggs sausage cheese and butter was absolutely delicious! This was the best breakfast I have had in a long time!

Rude. Dismissive. Not going to be a repeat customer at this location.
Started out ok but the line cook didn't make hash browns correctly and when I pointed it out to the waitress, she takes my plate (and now my omelette is getting cold) back to the line cook, and she gets pissed off because I want what I ordered and am paying for, go figure. The line cook throws some raw onions on top of the hash browns and the waitress brings the plate back and sets it down. When I ask why they aren't remaking the hash browns she acts like I have just asked for something impossible, which would be to eat my omelette while it's hot and get the hash browns I ordered and paid for... Seriously rude, and if we hadn't been in a hurry we would have paid for our coffees and left without eating or paying for the food. I guess we will be looking for somewhere else to have breakfast in the morning before we drive home.

Excellent service and not too ghetto even through the ghetto behavior in most waffle houses technically makes a Waffle House unique. Maybe it’s because I came during the day time on a Saturday. My food came out with a clean presentation but the only downside was my sunny side eggs could’ve been cooked a bit longer by a few seconds.
As I came in , I was greeted with care by one of the popular greeters of Tucson. I forgot his name but it appears he’s pretty well known in the area. I’ve never been to Waffle House and this Waffle House left a really good impression for me.
I will say that next time I’ll probably order a soft drink as I didn’t know they were refillable. I chose the orange juice and they gave me a bottle instead of filled in a cup like IHOP
