Please note. This review is not about the store in general, but particularly about one awesome person at Customer Service, who did the extra mile, over and beyond his duties. Johnny. Here is my story. On late Sunday, 14 March, 2021 I have purchased a $40.00 pillow to ease my terrible neck pain. According to the description on the box, the "best pillow you'll ever owned". Unfortunately when I took it to my RV (I live in Southern California) and opened the box, the pillow felt extremely firm to me and my liking. So I packed it up and headed back to the store to get a softer one. When I asked where is the merchandise return, I was told by the lady with glasses at the door that it is already closed at eight (I looked at my watch, it was 7:47) No problem, I thought, I'll buy another, softer one and return it the next day. Luckily, I have found the same brand, same price marked as medium firmness. Great, I thought, I'll just ask for a swap, shouldn't be a problem. No, I was told, it has to be refunded first, cannot do a straight swap. The store is closing, the person said. This is when Johnny came into the picture. He immediately asked the person at the only cash register (I guess the whole store was really closing) open to step aside for a moment and he sprung into action. His fingers flying on the keyboard, in one (1) minute he did the swap and I was walking out the door with the best pillow I have ever owned (really a great pillow!). Wow I said, what a guy. Johnny, I was looking for you on Sunday, but I did not see you to thank you again what you did for me. With your kind and genuine help and paramount customer service you'll go far. Stopped to fill up gas tank since price per gallon was very good. Surprise, surprise no matter the amount spent your credit card gets a initial charge of $100! Seriously - it would seem if the big money grabbing corporate decision makers could charge $50 if anything! Why when I use my card at ANY other gas station this doesn't occur? I want to pay for what I get not give you access to more. Ridiculous policy! Buyer beware ~~ pay cash if u must go here AT ALL!!

Lourdes was really rude, we wanted a birthday cake for my sons, we asked Lourdes for help explaining we have been there for 15 min waiting. She just straight out said that is your problem not mine and walk away....

The variety of products available are always great! The customer service is never good. The staff just look at you, but don't greet you. No staff ask if they can be of assistance. We shop here by choice, not because we have too. We come out of the way to spend our $$ here when we have countless other options.

Very unorganized and understaffed. I know it's Walmart but I expected to at least be assisted. I waited 20 minutes and even asked a worker for help who directed me to a different area where there was no staff available.

If you work for a living and want to shop at this Walmart after work, prior to going home. YOU'RE NOT WELCOMED HERE! After working on an SUV all day long, I needed to pickup a few things on my way home. So I stopped off at Walmart at the Tucson Market Place. I spend over an hour shopping and spent pennys under $112. Trying to be "Environmentally Conscious", I had previously purchased some reusable shopping bags from Walmart. At the self checkouts, you need to press a button prior to using your own shopping bags. All of which I had done. After completing and paying for my purchase, I was stopped by the Door Greeter and ACCUSED of shoplifting the reusable grocery bags I had brought in with me and pulled out of my backpack at the register. If you put anything in the bagging area, that wasn't scanned, lights and vocal alarm sounds. If they would have checked the cameras, they could've clearly seen that I had pulled the bags in question out of my backpack. So if you're a little dirty from work and shop at this Walmart, no matter how much money you spend, then you're clearly a homeless shoplifter. The Ass-istant Manager Zach clearly cares little about how his employees label Walmart customers. What's next, will greeters at Walmart start calling Immigration on me and have me deported as a naturalized citizen? I truly wish there was a way to give this Walmart no stars or a negative five stars. Just another case of a corporate giant not caring about the consumers paying their salaries and putting money in their wallets.
Advertised as open at 6:00 AM on Sunday. Arrived at WM and note on door said 7:00 AM. Very poor communication from worlds largest retailer.

Went in to pick up items at pick up. They seemed to be stuck trying to help one customer and couldn't look at other orders. Luckily they had item in store so I just went and bought it rather than wait. I would say skip pick up unless you really have to.

The tire and auto always quotes long wait times then doubles it and twice I've left with the job not being completed or done incorrectly needing a follow up visit I will be trying another location and probably escalating the last issue because they could potentially be putting lives in danger by releasing a vehicle that was improperly serviced

I went to the auto service center to get my oil changed. Not only was my car not greased as promised, but my high end stereo, sub-woofer and other items were stolen out of the vehicle! The Wal-mart manager said that this isn't the first time they had this happen. they had it all on surveillance tape and to call their corporate office. The guy who called back claimed zero responsibility for it and told me to "file an auto insurance claim".

I love Walmart and will forever shop there but i will not be returning to this specific location. I will be driving out of my way to go to the El con location. The store is organized and clean but the customer service is awful. I was scanning my items at self check out and one of the workers had to approve my age in order to buy cough syrup and she didn't say one word or even look me in the eye and snatched my license out of my hand. Seems like someone needs to get laid lol. How can they hire someone with absolutely no manners?
