Wendy's in Tucson

“Iliana has worked here for quite a while, and has ALWAYS been VERY nice and fast and efficient. I would often come into this location because I worked nearby. I was lucky enough to have my kids and come in today, and she was so very nice and engaging with my children.

“This diner has some of the best hash browns around. You can top them with almost anything you can imagine. Beans, ham, mushrooms, shredded cheese, bell peppers country gravy, sausage...good lord! For a pit stop to fill your gut, yum. If they don't have one where you live, find one on your next road trip.“

“I must say, I was impressed with this Wendy's. My food was great. The burger was a junior bacon. The meat was hot, but the lettuce and tomatoe were cool and fresh, not wilted. I had this brought to me on 3 different occasions while I was in a nearby hospital. After I was released, I was back in the area, so I stopped in. The place was clean, food still good as well as the service and employees. I made sure to tell them.
Mind you I did vidot a different Wendy's and the food nor service was the same. Kudos and very well done to the St. Mary's location“

“We've been going here often since we moved here 12 years ago and have never had a disappointing experience. Every so often something is wrong but we've never been treated like we're an inconvenience. Everyone is kind and helpful.“

“Awesome Halloween decorations up. And restaurant was pretty clean. Enjoyed a biggie meal with a chicken BLT sandwich and 4 nuggets small fries and 2 frosties...shared these items. With tax came out to $8.68....very reasonable price. Make sure you use the app....for free food and discounts.“

“Wendys on Valencia rd and Midvale was a great place to have dinner. Their menu has plenty to choose from. I got a Dave's double burger combo meal. I also have a coupon from the app, which was useful. I totally recommend this place or any Wendy's. The restaurant was a little packed but it is the holidays.“

“We went at night the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. The manager was Alex ,him and his crew were all working together getting people their food . The music was a vibe, and the dining room was nice and clean. The most clean I ever seen a fast food place . They all had a good attitude .Excellent, highly recommended.“

“I normally use the drive though at the Wendy's near my home on North Campbell and it's always a negative experience with very slow service, rude staff and mistakes in my order. I went through the drive through at this Wendy's today and placed the same order as I always do at the Wendy's on North Campbell, but it arrived extremely quickly, the order was correct and it was delivered in a professional way with a smile. What a difference quality employees can make.“

“I was just at this location at 6:35pm today. I wanted to say that the person they had on the drive-thru ordering menu was so good that I could swear they were AI. They were so clear on following my order and repeated everything back so perfectly that they themselves actually renewed a confidence (that had been lost) with ordering from Wendy's. They are truly an asset to the company and I will choose that location more just knowing they are there doing such a great job.“

“I went on 10/20/24 around 1:45pm and this review isn't so much based on the food but the service. There was a very nice lady running the front cash register when you go into eat. She was very kind and so nice. I think that everyone can get overwhelmed at times especially in the fast food industry that's why everywhere it can feel harder and harder to get somebody who truly cares, but it really felt like she was just a good person. I did not get her name but I wanted to acknowledge her presence and great personality.“
