“Iliana has worked here for quite a while, and has ALWAYS been VERY nice and fast and efficient. I would often come into this location because I worked nearby. I was lucky enough to have my kids and come in today, and she was so very nice and engaging with my children.

“I must say, I was impressed with this Wendy's. My food was great. The burger was a junior bacon. The meat was hot, but the lettuce and tomatoe were cool and fresh, not wilted. I had this brought to me on 3 different occasions while I was in a nearby hospital. After I was released, I was back in the area, so I stopped in. The place was clean, food still good as well as the service and employees. I made sure to tell them.
Mind you I did vidot a different Wendy's and the food nor service was the same. Kudos and very well done to the St. Mary's location“
“Wendys on Valencia rd and Midvale was a great place to have dinner. Their menu has plenty to choose from. I got a Dave's double burger combo meal. I also have a coupon from the app, which was useful. I totally recommend this place or any Wendy's. The restaurant was a little packed but it is the holidays.“

“The manager Eddie made my experience lovely. He talked with me about the new cold brew flavors which helped to distract from my brief wait for my online order. The area is known for the unhoused population making their way thru and their general smell had detracted from the atmosphere but Eddie got me my things promptly and I was back on the road in nothing flat.“
“We went at night the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. The manager was Alex ,him and his crew were all working together getting people their food . The music was a vibe, and the dining room was nice and clean. The most clean I ever seen a fast food place . They all had a good attitude .Excellent, highly recommended.“
“Pretty damn good as far as fast food goes. With good deals via the app, it is still possible to get decent food at a reasonable price, a quiet, cool, clean place to sit, and decent customer service. Workers are genuinely friendly and helpful in my experience. And damn those Frosties sure are great during the hot Tucson summers. A convenient location that I will return to repeatedly.“
“I was just at this location at 6:35pm today. I wanted to say that the person they had on the drive-thru ordering menu was so good that I could swear they were AI. They were so clear on following my order and repeated everything back so perfectly that they themselves actually renewed a confidence (that had been lost) with ordering from Wendy's. They are truly an asset to the company and I will choose that location more just knowing they are there doing such a great job.“

“I normally use the drive though at the Wendy's near my home on North Campbell and it's always a negative experience with very slow service, rude staff and mistakes in my order. I went through the drive through at this Wendy's today and placed the same order as I always do at the Wendy's on North Campbell, but it arrived extremely quickly, the order was correct and it was delivered in a professional way with a smile. What a difference quality employees can make.“
“This review is honestly soooo overdue! I wish I knew everyone's name to shout you all out! And I of course lost the receipt. But Lisa and Cathy are so nice, helpful, and professional..I could go on and on because this isn't just a sometimes thing. The entire crew is just a vibe. They are helpful, always eager to jump in to assist a coworker, without ever being asked or directed to. We have never once had a bad meal. You can tell how well they work together as a team. I would only apply to work at this location if and only if you're freaking awesome with an excellent work ethic! The food is always fresh. And correct. I've never heard even one complaint from any of the guests and this is the only Wendy's we will go to! I've gone to Wendy's all over the US and hands down we will never eat at any other Wendy's because frankly I don't seek disappointment. And last but not least. Everyone should know this location, staff, food, how clean it is...yes even the bathrooms! Not just upper management. Not just corporate. You guys are an awesome well oiled machine. That I know will never be a disappointment. I could never say enough good about this location 😁“
“The staff at Wendy's in the Tucson North shopping center is wonderful, bilingual, and are always concerned that customers enjoy their meals. The recently remodeled restaurant is a great place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. The food is always great.“
