My first visited I had to get in my car and go thru the Drive-Thru to get attention, place me order and pay for Excellent food! 2nd time the potatoes were Disgusting and old tried to reach manager, given the name Mari, cb-she's not there in Monday, asked about potatoes was told oil is filtered a few times a day but they don't have supplies to change oil till oil comes in... Tried to reach manager today Tuesday, Too busy to come to the phone. Too bad. 🤷🏻♀️

Ordered a deluxe cheeseburger it appeared to be and hamburger and they just added the additional condiments, meat was cold and dry:( also ordered a chilli cheese potato and it was delicious 😋

We go here & easily spend $50 for my family. We like their Wendy's chili so ask for 8 packets & the guy comes back & says he only gave me 4 because we didn't order any chili from them. We say ok then can we pay for it? & he still refuses. The guy also looked miserable. Why work in customer service if u have none whatsoever. Horrible service from him specifically. Other than with him everyone else usually gives me the Wendy's chili sauce with no problems.

I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 15min for my food only to be given hard as a rock English muffins for my children. This is not the 1st time either. This location is so disappointing.

I got a Biggie Bag and used a coupon for free 10pc nuggets. They charged me for $12.16 I asked for a receipt and the. Leek acted like nothing happened. She. I asked her, she pretended to investigate for a few seconds and then admitted she didn’t know why it happened and told her manager about it. So I pulled up because I saw the manager outside and asked her if she was the manager. She immediately went into a defensive rant about how she doesn’t know why it did that and that she’s never seen a receipt say change when they’ve paid with a card. So I asked her why they would let me drive away without letting me in on the issue and she continued to give non answers and be extremely defensive which led me to believe that they were guilty of something. I will be calling corporate because being overcharged $5 is one thing but to purposefully hide the fact and seeing that the receipt say they got a refund leads me to believe something shady was being done by these two.
Ok I'm convinced this location just doesn't know what cold vs hot food means. I spent $30 on cold rock hard food that I threw away. Next day I called for a refund they said they will replace the cold hard food and make it fresh. My husband went in the store. When given our new food it was cold and hard again. They said it will be 7 mins to remake new food he happily waited. None of this food was good... Throwing it away 3 times now. Not going back I don't understand why it's so hard to your job correctly.

Wendys on Valencia rd and Midvale was a great place to have dinner. Their menu has plenty to choose from. I got a Dave's double burger combo meal. I also have a coupon from the app, which was useful. I totally recommend this place or any Wendy's. The restaurant was a little packed but it is the holidays.
