For a delivery order I didn't receive two items that I ordered and paid for!!! People check your bags at the drive thru etc. I didn't get the chicken nuggets that was part of my combo and the cinnamon bites. Two items missing.... Obviously the person putting this order together doesn't care what you get or just not thorough. I noticed people saying food was cold, my hamburger was very cold, yet no ice in my iced tea. So I'm not doing this Wendy's again, I'm done.

They gave me the wrong order, the service is terrible, I look at their faces and they are very upset while working, this restaurant is horrible, I really don't know what the manager of that store is looking at.

We ordered two Dave's Doubles, one fry and two drinks. They got the drinks right. We each only got 1 patty that was old as hell. Our frys where old as hell. We PAID for doubles. This was like $24 bucks. This happend at about 4:20pm on 9/22. HOLD SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE. We will not be going back that was expensive for beyond subpar food. No one wants to pay these prices and get crap on top of not even getting both pattys.

Ordered baked potatoes through the app. Got to the store and after waiting 15mins in line they tell me they don't have any baked Potatoes ?. THEN after I cancel the order it still goes through and no one even answers the phone there to talk to a manager about it...done with Wendy's altogether after this experience. Been a long ride but I guess everything comes to an end....hello chik file, never ever have issues with them and don't have to worry about them advertising food they don't actually have availability.
