Upon pulling up to the empty restaurant, I was rushed at the drive-through window, unable to order accurately. All I wanted, was to add a medium size drink when I pulled up to the service window. They refused to do so, stating the manager said from such our to such our they weren’t doing add-ons so basically if he says he doesn’t want to sell french fries that day that’s his Choice and our consequence? strange. I asked to close the transaction and just order a medium drink while I was there. They said no I would have to drive around the empty restaurant once again ultimately they close the window on me and thought it was funny. I was never once rude or condescending in anyway. But I know this much as a small business owner. I would never allow my employees to dictate the narrative of how customers get treated. That’s not their business they work there, and not to be implementing nonsense at any given time of the day. Low ambition atmosphere is the real problem. The kid at the actual drive-through window they had a deliver. The stupid message was cool, but the guy with the green hair really showed us why he has green hair.

Ref: Orange Grove and Thornydale Wendy'sI walked inside to order a Baked Potato. The "Manager," who was at the register, called back to the cook and asked if they had any potatoes. The cook answered in the negative. The "Manager " stated they didn't have any. I waited for a few seconds for him to suggest something else or offer that he would expedite one. He just stood there and had a blank stare. Awkward. I asked him how long it would take? He said he didn't know. I said, "Any idea?" He said, "Maby a half hour. " I got the impression that he wasn't motivated to sell me anything. I said, "I came in to buy a Potato. You don't have any." I walked out. He seemed like a first week crew member. I was surprised that the franchise owner had this person as management. I went to the Wendy's on La Cholla near Foothills Mall. I walked in and bought a Baked Potato and a few more things as well. Good Job to the La Cholla Manager and Crew!

Wendy's didn't disappoint us. Our chili was fantastic! And after sending back the warmed over fries that were unacceptable, we could dip them in the chili and enjoy a good meal!Parking: Plenty of free spaces at 2pm.Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't require handicapped accessibility, but if you do, it's easy to get in and they have tables with wheelchair spots.

So I was going to give this one star more then I did till I came home and but into my chicken sandwich and found a tough, rubbery chicken patty that I could not get my teeth through and ended up having to drive all the way back to this location for a remake. This is also not the first time I’ve had this happen and I just wish the manager took some accountability with one of her cooks serving me old chicken. I understand you “watch him drop new chicken” but that doesn’t mean the piece I was served was fresh as I told her the chicken was cold when I bit into it and hard as a rock…I live 5 mins from this location so the time it took me to get home would not have done that to my food especially when the fries were pipping hot and those I could tell was fresh. Every time I get old chicken seems to be their lunch to mid day shift. I have never had this experience with their night crew hence the two stars and not the one start review that I wanted to give if

This restaurant is the dirtiest Wendy's restaurant in Tucson. Due to this, we refuse to eat at this location. Other locations in Tucson are clean and we'll eat at them!!
