Wish I could give the Wendy's at 5639 W Cortaro Farms Road, Tucson, zero stars. Stopped by there on 9/5/2025 and ordered three biggie bags. The hamburgers in two of the bags were burnt to a crisp. When I called to speak to the manager about the incompetence of her workers and tell her that they wrapped up the hamburgers even though they were charcoal, she offered for me to come back in and have them remade. It is a twenty-five minute drive from my house back to Wendy's. Is she going to reimburse me for my gas? The only way that these hamburgers should have left Wendy's was in the trash!! She needs to accept responsibility for her worker's poor employee training and her lack of managerial skills.

Algae or mold or something growing in the unsweetened iced tea. They aren't cleaning things. What else is dirty in that store? The manager on duty appeared intoxicated or otherwise impaired.

This Wendy's never fails to disappoint. The burgers should be chili meat as they tasted like they had been on the griddle wayyyyy to long. The fries are cold, as always. I'm not sure why they are NEVER hot! The kid taking our order was nice but couldn't explain/answer questions. Last but not least is the stench when you open the door to walk in. I'm not sure where the smell is coming from but it's really a turn off. Unfortunately, my husband insisted we dine in, which I would normally never do. I normally won't eat at this one because it is sub-standard for a Wendy's.

Pretty annoyed. Hard to get me to leave a one star review. Asked for fresh patties. Specifically asked for 3 fresh patties so I could enjoy a nice hot fresh burger. Said I was willing to wait and really wanted to enjoy a burger from Wendy's. The manage joked and said they just cleaned the grill. I got my food 2 mins later, super fast...awesome. no chance they cooked me fresh patties in two mins. Opened my burger and you guessed it, solid unrelated cheese on staged patties. *sigh* thanks wendys... appreciate it.

I just left the Wendy's with my baked potato and my chili when asking specifically for sour cream and butter and extra crackers I didn't get any very disappointed I'm all the way home should have looked
