I just left the Wendy's with my baked potato and my chili when asking specifically for sour cream and butter and extra crackers I didn't get any very disappointed I'm all the way home should have looked

I normally use the drive though at the Wendy's near my home on North Campbell and it's always a negative experience with very slow service, rude staff and mistakes in my order. I went through the drive through at this Wendy's today and placed the same order as I always do at the Wendy's on North Campbell, but it arrived extremely quickly, the order was correct and it was delivered in a professional way with a smile. What a difference quality employees can make.

The food quality is almost always excellent for a fast food place. Usually accurate orders 90% of the time (*edit: this has gone down in the last few months ). This Wendy's is accurate with orders more often than other local fast food places. But still check your order before you leave. Use the app for great coupons and for delivery orders: it's cheaper than using the big food delivery apps like UberEats, etc. I like that you can get healthier options in the combos- like chili instead of french fries- in the app or if you ask when you order in person. My only complaint is that they don't have as many chicken sandwich options as they used to, but they still beat the other fast food places for the number of healthy options available, such as several quality salads and baked potatoes. So you can get that large chocolate frosty and a salad and not feel too guilty about it!

Don't know who the girl was handling the drive thru on 12/20 at 7pm, and I don't know what her problem is. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, let alone bad ones but she earned it. She took my order quickly and with attitude. I pull up to the window and she addresses me with disgust. She asked me to pull forward to wait for my food so I just requested for extra sauces in the bags (since most all of my food was just nuggets and frys) she rolled her eyes and said yeah and I pulled forward. They continued to ship 6 cars out of the drive thru before I got my order (2 ten piece, 2 kids nugget meals, and a burger meal) same girls scrapes her feet across the ground walking out to my car, hands me the bags without a word and walks away. I check the bags and all the nuggets were just thrown in the bag and not a single sauce in any bag. I walk inside to go ask for sauce and while I stand at the counter waiting looked at by a few employees but not addressed aside from the drive thru girl walking right passed me looking at me and doesn't say anything, again just made me feel like she's disgusted with me for whatever reason. Finally the guy who's bagging up everyone's food takes a second to help me even though he wasn't even of the multiple people who kept looking my direction and he was at least kind. Not a lot of places my kids will eat but will be crossing this one off the list

This place needs to get it’s staff to focus on customer service. The girl in the drive thru intercom with 3 inch nails needs to great her customers, not rush, and make sure they’re good to go.

I would give them a zero if it was available.
My husband went through this Wendy's drive through last week. When he got home everything in order was wrong with the exception of the frosty. They didn't give us a receipt but my husband called and talked to Alexis one of the Assistant Managers and she told him she'd write it all down and give us a refund when we come back in. My husband stopped in the next morning and the manager said since we didn't have a receipt he couldn't give a refund but he would send an email out telling all his management team that the next time we come in we could get that same order for free. He however never sent that email out! My husband went in tonight and the manager on duty knew nothing about it and called the manager who told her to tell us to come in Monday. She would not call tge manager back nor let him talk to the manager. Why? Why couldn't he tell her over the phone to make our order? Why do we have to waste our gasoline and time to make another trip up to Wendy's to get the order we should have had three trips ago. Now we have to make a 4th trip to Wendy's because they can't seem to get this right! Horrible customer service! Wrong food delivered and wasting our time!

I havent had 1 or 2 negative experiences. I keep giving this location a chance because I love Wendy's but the food at this location always shows the same result. The food is never fresh. The drive thru is slow yet I'm the only one waiting for my not-fresh food. It doesn't make any sense. I would look at the management of this location if I were in charge of this establishment. This location is making me not like Wendy's.
