Always mess up orders via drive thru! No apologies and they waste your time having to have them correct it to what was ordered ! Poor, poor customer service as this is the sixth time my order was incorrect . Not even an apology ! Poor management as they hire incompetent employees who can't even take orders properly . I live off Wilmot as this is the closest location to me but never again !

Your shift or line Mgr was a ass to his staff and to me... I was next in line to order but he told the cashier to catch up with the orders first . I was going to leave but my girlfriend wanted to eat here. He needs some customer retraining and some courtesy training.
Today I went and had a very simple order. I large Dr. Pepper and a cheesy bacon baked potato. Got home and no cheese. It was a dry baked potato. I was so disappointed to say the least.

If your trying to get hired and get a message saying you have a interview, dont even bother. Managers are very rude and the site sends out interviews even tho the gm isn't even hiring. Call to confirm and both the gm and the night manager act like its such a inconvenience to them to even have to talk to you. Not the kind of management you want to work for. Look for a different location

Staff is very unimpressed that they have to work here and make you feel like an unconvince. Food is good. Restroom dirty. If you mobile order for pickup you better hurry because they make the food right away and then trash it even if you mark pick up later.
