When you’re the only car in drive through and after paying at the window they tell you to go park and wait for food, then before they close the window my food is ready. Sounds like they are trying to cheat the times for drive through at my time expense. Really annoying

This used to be my go to for fast food because it’s close to home and the atmosphere was great. I don’t know what’s changed in the last few months but the last two times I’ve been to this location the wait has been insane (minimum 30 min wait for drive through). The staff have terrible customer service with no apologies for the wait and some staff just not talking at all despite running the drive through window. Today I decided to drop by again but the drive through line literally WRAPPED around the whole store. Maybe if the staff were half decent I’d wait but not with the current staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS WENDYS
