Even though I check the items in the order, the nuggets were wrong. They gave spicy instead of regular. My 6 yr old can't handle spice just yet.

As many people that are working there it takes forever to get your order and then they have you pull up to the front of the store because your order is still cooking.

Make sure to check your order before you leave. This used to be a pretty good place. Something in the last month or so has changed. Service is bad. Last 2 mobile orders I've done have had issues. 1st one, they gave me order to someone else. 2nd one was wrong item. hopefully they will get it together soon and get back to the good service they used to have.

Trash staff. Waited 5 min with no one in front of me listening to the staff argue about how they messed up the last several orders. Left without purchasing food.
Don’t go here and expect to get breakfast after ten am. They always close for breakfast a half hoiur early. I was there at 10:15 am and they said that they are only serving lunch now. I was able to drive to the Wendy’s location on Oracle under ten minutes and get served breakfast no problem. They shouldn’t advertise breakfast times until 10:30 since they never adhere to them.

Wendys has made the list, we're done. There were long lines in drive thru, so you would have expected food to be hot and fresh yet we got the oldest 3 burgers, fries and nuggets of the day.
We paid with cash and when asked for a receipt was told the computer just shut down...?? No receipt? Doubtful
Waste of our hard earned money and time, Wendys so better, hire employees that have pride in their work.

They have good customer service to cover up the fact they are about to serve you cold food. From the fries to to the beef patties, every time I've came here to this location I've gotten cold food.

Make sure to check your order before you leave. This used to be a pretty good place. Something in the last month or so has changed. Service is bad.
