I think this is the worst Wendy's I've ever had. We did drive through at about 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The order was three cheeseburgers and four frostys. Not only did they get the toppings on all of the hamburgers wrong (e.g., missed putting ketchup and mustard on a basic burger with no other toppings or gave a miniscule squirt of mustard on one) the meat was cold, the cheese unmelted, and the buns were clearly past their prime. Management needs to take a close look on what the heck is going on. I will never go back to this location. My very hungry kids didn't even finish the burgers because they were so gross.

Just got food from here and order was messed up and made wrongly, milkshake had water in it instead of milk and baconator had no bacon or condiments on it was just buns and meat and cheese nothing else

I ordered Wendy’s on DoorDash. I ordered a pecan salad, 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets, a Carmel crunch frosty, and an Oreo frosty. When I received my order it did not contain a salad. Which I was charged for. The frosties were both chocolate frosties. So I asked DoorDash to reorder my items. When I messaged my DoorDash driver he said it was very slow and he was the only one in the lobby. He also stated they did not have any salad. I got credit for the first order being slow as well. When I received my second order. I got what I think was an Oreo frosty and another chocolate frosty. I will not be going to or ordering from this Wendy’s ever again! Service was terrible. I do not blame DoorDash for this at all. They helped me. But this fast food place is horrible.

Now, I usually don’t like to complain at fast food spots because Lord knows what they might do remaking your order after a long shift dealing with people all day. But when I asked for a refund, the manager said he couldn’t give my money back 😟.
My anxiety went through the roof, but my stomach said, “take the risk” — so I trusted him to remake it right. And HE DID! 🙌🏾
He remade that BACONATOR 🥓🥓🥓🥓 perfectly, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I think they actually put some love in it this time 😄.

I would not recommend this site to even my worst enemy. Unsweetened tea tasted rancid. Also Tanya who was in the drive thru had some serious attitude. Not to mention when I told her the tea tasted rancid didn't even ask if I wanted anything different because she was too busy flirting with the other worker who was there.
