I order a Carmel drink and it was really bland I sent it back and they really didn't want to do anything about it until I said well I don't want it. They did add more syrup to it to make it sweeter. Proper customer service I wouldn't have to go back and forth with them about my drink they should have just fixed it with a smile instead I had to plead with them. Thanks for adding more syrup to it. But 3 stars just because I'm nice.

Not a good one, I got a Baconator for me and 1 for my kid, that's all, we got son of Baconators on Baconator's bread, some of the pattys looked old... I assume they didn't had enough meat and wanted to get rid of some pattys. The problem with this, is that I know the actually protocol that they have to follow, reason why I am able to distinguish these flaws.

I was in there and their allowing an homeless man with 3 dogs to come into the restaurant and and his dogs jump up on the counter where you pick up food...!!This is very disgusting and has to be stopped he's in there everyday. Now the he just leaves he's dogs unattended while he's outside in he's cart. Come on.

Pretty damn good as far as fast food goes. With good deals via the app, it is still possible to get decent food at a reasonable price, a quiet, cool, clean place to sit, and decent customer service. Workers are genuinely friendly and helpful in my experience. And damn those Frosties sure are great during the hot Tucson summers. A convenient location that I will return to repeatedly.

First time having the Wendy chilli super delicious the staff was super friendly my kids who love McDonald's just discovered their new favorite fast food burgers 😂.
Just swung by this Wendy’s while heading out of town. The service was quick, food was hot and fresh, people working there were all very friendly, and the place was clean. Couldn’t ask for more 10/10

Worst place ever. We both got the biggie bag. I got the jr burger and fries and a frosty and my boyfriend got the baconator jr and fries. Well....... Both hamburgers were dry, old and burned. He only got one piece of bacon and the buns were old and hard. Now the fries were the worst. They had a very bad taste to them. We had to throw them away. My boyfriend even got sick. The only best part was the chicken nuggets. Cooked just perfect.

At this location, I used the restroom before eating, and there was an employee using the urinal with his work apron on. I informed the manager that his employee was at the urinal with his apron on.He said ok. Then, he said nothing to the employee.The employee finished his lunch. Went back to work and didn't wash his hands or change his apron. This is very disgusting!!!!!
