I ordered a triple only cheese and a large french fry. All three patties were burnt, no exaggeration, they looked and tasted burnt. The fries were cold and hard. This might be the worst burger and fries I’ve ever bought in my life. I will never go back to this Wendy’s.

Stopped in the drive thru today 2/27 about 4:45 pm. 1. The girl taking our order rushed us through it, I didn’t even get a chance to tell her what size combos we wanted, and she didn’t ask. 2. She snatched the card out of my hand, then shoved it back to me with the receipt and said “HERE.” 3. Our fries were old, mushy, and the wrap I got was lukewarm and barely even wrapped. Fell apart the second I unwrapped the foil. My husband’s burger was half cold and bland. First world problems sure, but I just wanted to stop and get some tasty food after a long day, and before this we had NEVER had any issues with this Wendy’s. I’m disappointed in the service standards here, and our food.

Always enjoy stopping by Wendy's when I have a coupon! They consistently have freshly made food ready in a short amount of time, which as a busy mom of 6 is great! Great bundle deals for breakfast or lunch/dinner and app rewards are always a good idea too!

I went for breakfast as soon as they opened. I ordered chicken biscuit. Wedges and a coffee. The I only thing that was hot was the coffee. I called back to let them know about my food. Ashley, answered the phone and said oops my bad and disconnected the call

Came here on Tuesday 8/16 after 9pm went through the drive thru and the service was just trash. Cold but yet burnt hamburgers???? , un salted and cold fries. By far worst wendys I've been to. Had to throw it away and just got get food somewhere else, wasn't edible. Don't come here, just go to a different Wendy's. Or literally anywhere else.
