They overlooked my order. So, once I noticed folk were just coming in and leaving with their orders and the fact that I had sat in the lobby awaiting my order for over 20 minutes. When I went to inquire about about my order. The staff member asked if it was a mobile order. I said, yes. He then said oh I remember that order and went and grab the bag from under the warmer. So the patties and bacon were hard as frisbees, the lettuce had wilted and tomatoes and pickles cooked. Very unhappy with my visit there on yesterday. I will never choose this location, again.

Drive thru was on gracious we had to wait but they didn't make us move forward we waited in the Drive-Thru window and was thinking of smoking but didn't for respect issues.

The was great, the staff were awesome, I was in the drive thru for a while but there was a rush going on and that happens sometimes....
I drove out of my way to pick up chocolate chip cookies I ordered from the app. It let me order 9 cookies. When i got there they had no cookies and said I could get 2 Oatmeal bars to make up for them not having chocolate chip cookies. I was pretty annoyed considering the app let me place the order and didn't say it wasn't available. I asked for a refund as I didn't get my item and I couldn't even get that. I can't believe there's no way to get a refund when I didn't even get my order. Don't offer items you don't carry in store ... such garbage
