This review is honestly soooo overdue! I wish I knew everyone's name to shout you all out! And I of course lost the receipt. But Lisa and Cathy are so nice, helpful, and professional..I could go on and on because this isn't just a sometimes thing. The entire crew is just a vibe. They are helpful, always eager to jump in to assist a coworker, without ever being asked or directed to. We have never once had a bad meal. You can tell how well they work together as a team. I would only apply to work at this location if and only if you're freaking awesome with an excellent work ethic! The food is always fresh. And correct. I've never heard even one complaint from any of the guests and this is the only Wendy's we will go to! I've gone to Wendy's all over the US and hands down we will never eat at any other Wendy's because frankly I don't seek disappointment. And last but not least. Everyone should know this location, staff, food, how clean it is...yes even the bathrooms! Not just upper management. Not just corporate. You guys are an awesome well oiled machine. That I know will never be a disappointment. I could never say enough good about this location 😁

Used the pick-up service in the app. Food was made promptly, accurately, with great deals and prices. Recommend the app for dine-in and carry out as you can save a few bucks using their offer. The staff was busy but they were respectful and prompt even when we added more food to the order. The food was still hot and great tasting, wasn't sitting out or tasted old.

I work nextdoor and often, only have time to come here for lunch break. They take 20 minutes just to give me a large fry and drink with 3 people in the restaurant already served. Nobody in the drive thru, I always have sympathy for food service workers, but this is inexcusable. I'll just take the extra time to cross the street to the far busier in & out across the street and still come back on time. If it was a one time thing, I'd excuse it, we all have off days. Whatever. But it's been like this for the 5 years I've worked here

I used to have a 5 stat review for this location however , was very unimpressed with the new manager today. 20s black hair and glasses. He was very impersonal.
Just threw my order at me and didn't say thank you or anything.
And my order was wrong.
Needs training ln customer appreciation and service.

They SAY they close at 12am , but dont count on ordering anything 15 min before they close! Not even a simple quick order. God forbid they have to do thair job up until closing!! Showed up 15 minutes before closing. The first thing the voice in the drive thru says is "just so you know , we close in 10 minutes. So we cant do anything big". Ordered the mushroom burger. Nope, they already threw out the sauce for the night. Ordered a biggie bag. It was practically thrown at me. I didn't even have time to aske for katchup before she walked back inside!! And they said they had to make the fries fresh, but they were cold (not warm at ALL) by the time I got back to the hotel, less than a mile away!

Waited over 10 minutes at the front counter just to order. Cashier was in the customer restroom the whole time. Three orders were finished at the drive through. Still no one took my order. At least they had lousy attitudes about me telling the issue.
