Thes people don't have customer service They don't put any effort into their food. Every time I get my food, it's something wrong with it. I try to give them a benefit of doubt. Because I do understand things happen.But for like a year, it's been the same thing i tried to come into the lobby to buy something the other night. 8 o'clock, it was closed. I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere. Because this is not worth it.Need like a whole new crew

I ordered baconator meal and two chicken sandwiches. They gave me a chili and chicken sandwich . Went back manager a bit rude took my receipt said here you go had to ask for fries they left out and when I got home again it was a regular hamburger. The girl at the window did apologize but still disappointed not getting what I ordered especially when it was $20 for the meal.

I only got a Wendy's chocolate shack and I spent $3.50 on a small cup it was so small it was only two small drinks.I even bought my boyfriend a vanilla shack a large his cost $4.75 and it was barely any bigger then the small one I had given just cost more money and to top it all off we both end up using there restrooms and they were not clean or sanitary I was afraid to sit down thank goodness I brought my own sanitary wipes so I cleaned the toilet set before I set down to use it never again the cost of a shake small or big to much $money for barely nothing so not worth it not even taste good.
Kid-friendliness: Give a 1- for their not so clean bathroom that smelled like pee. 1- To a not so clean dinning era 00- for $prices and cost of drinks and food marketing at wendy's I won't be going back sorry for the bad review.
