Go to get a couple egg and cheese biscuits, end up leaving with sausage egg and cheese biscuits (and pork is the one thing I can not eat), go all the way back to the store and find the manager incredibly uninterested in making up for the mistake.

Wendy's has certainly gone downhill. They've reduced their menu, but it's still too much. Back when they cooked just burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 with a frosty and a soda they had it just right.

Let us be real and honest. This is fast food. We do not expect a whole lot usually- hot, what we ordered and complete. Today was an exceptional experience. The person at the counter, a taller human with a beard, was so kind and welcoming. The place was very clean both inside and out. The food order was complete and correct- rare occurrence with our family of 4 that are often picky. I don't order at fast food burger joints due to Celiacs much, but chose a salad tonight. I didn't expect much for a quick salad, but the items inside were all crisp and fresh. Blue cheese in salad to-go is usually really wet and almost cottage cheese consistency at times. This salad still had fresh (is blue cheese considered fresh ever?)blue cheese. Overall a pretty perfect experience. Thank you!

The manager Eddie made my experience lovely. He talked with me about the new cold brew flavors which helped to distract from my brief wait for my online order. The area is known for the unhoused population making their way thru and their general smell had detracted from the atmosphere but Eddie got me my things promptly and I was back on the road in nothing flat.

I put in a large order with 15 sandwiches. Nothing was missing my order was exactly how I wanted it. Nothing was made incorrectly. And It was fresh! The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is immaculate! Amazing service I will definitely be back!!
