The manager Eddie made my experience lovely. He talked with me about the new cold brew flavors which helped to distract from my brief wait for my online order. The area is known for the unhoused population making their way thru and their general smell had detracted from the atmosphere but Eddie got me my things promptly and I was back on the road in nothing flat.
I put in a large order with 15 sandwiches. Nothing was missing my order was exactly how I wanted it. Nothing was made incorrectly. And It was fresh! The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is immaculate! Amazing service I will definitely be back!!
Havent had any issues here so can't complain.
The kids love the $5 biggie bags!
It’s Wendy’s, and the food is exactly what you would expect, so no complaints there. My complaint is about a very peculiar experience I had with one of their associates. The woman who took my order, asked me my name, and was thoughtful enough to spell it correctly, which is something somewhat rare. The person who handed me my order had difficulty pronouncing my name and so I provided the correct pronunciation to her and she stared at me blankly and then said, and this is an exact quote, “whatever you like.” as though I was just messing with her. So I said., “ no, not whatever I like, that is the correct pronunciation.” Yo that she just stared at me blankly and didn’t say another word. I have to endure people miss pronouncing my name on a daily basis, but this is the first time anybody has ever said anything to me like that. Granted, I don’t think she did it to be rude or insensitive. I don’t think that this person probably has a lot of experience in social situations, judging by her age, she was quite young. But what the hell people? Whatever you like, is an inappropriate thing to say to somebody when you miss pronounce their name. Somebody like that should be in the back making the food not dealing with customers.
Whoever the manager is here does a great job because my food is almost never wrong or missing items, hot and fresh, and substitutions and add ons are always correct. I also saw him working pretty much by himself tonight and he was super fast and friendly and gave me a nice upgrade on my fries after I forgot to pay for the size up charge on the app. I’ve been coming to this location at least once a week for the last few years and it’s by far the best and most consistent Wendy’s location I’ve been to for quality standards and customer care. Add to it that the employees had my back one night when I was assaulted in the drive through by a man in a truck who tried to cut in line and hit my car then got aggressive and violent. They told me they saw everything and tried to get his license plate so I could file a report, and would take it down for me if they saw him again, and took my number down to contact me if they did. They never did catch him, but I appreciated their team’s willingness to get involved at all on what was a pretty busy night for them (hence the high tensions in the drive through, probably). Most times it is not busy at all, but this night the line was longer than usual.
Thes people don't have customer service They don't put any effort into their food. Every time I get my food, it's something wrong with it. I try to give them a benefit of doubt. Because I do understand things happen. But for like a year, it's been the same thing i tried to come into the lobby to buy something the other night. 8 o'clock, it was closed. I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere. Because this is not worth it.Need like a whole new crew
Literally, every time we visit we are treated so well! We appreciate the amazing service we always get! Thank you❤️

I ordered baconator meal and two chicken sandwiches. They gave me a chili and chicken sandwich . Went back manager a bit rude took my receipt said here you go had to ask for fries they left out and when I got home again it was a regular hamburger. The girl at the window did apologize but still disappointed not getting what I ordered especially when it was $20 for the meal.

It got too expensive to eat here. But the people working this shift at around 8pm on 1/5/25 are a great team! And customer service was awesome 👌🏽🎊🤩🥳

Asked for my fries to be replaced after seeing them get fingered by the employee upon bringing them up, and Athena I believe her name was, she was very rude and unprofessional. Manager was nice enough to replace the order.

Very helpful polite. Welcoming and the fried smell great and fresh 😋
Clean restrooms, atmosphere. I will definitely return even though I did not stop here for food at this time. It was this brief but positive interaction with staff that helped me determine this. ✨⭐️🤩
