Customer service was great but, the food sucks. First time eating at Wendy's. I ordered The Double stack Biggie bag thru the drive thru. The fries had no salt, i returned the fries and asked for fries with salt and that order also had no salt. Fries were cold and food did not taste fresh. One of the nuggets were wet in the middle. I took a pic of it. Burgers are small.

I come here very often and today was very disappointing. I go to the drive-through today I paid for two large combos and I remembered I forgot to ask if they could add lettuce and tomato to my burger. The woman is on her headset and you can hear the manager. Tell her to tell me to pull up to the door since my fries weren’t done, but I was trying to explain to the woman that if I could add lettuce and tomato and that I’m willing to pay for it. She said yes and rushed me through to the door in the driveway and then gives me my food and only give me one fry when I paid for two so overall the customer service was not the best today. It was a little bit disappointing since I paid almost $30

The drivethru girl was super rude iliana she got my order wrong and also had a very bad attitude rolling her eyes and slaming the windows from the start we could not hear her in the intercom she spoke so soft I would highly recommend that she get more proper training on how to treat people.

Gave me the wrong food and had the nerve to try and correct me when I had the damn receipt, then still gave me the wrong size! Won’t be coming back here, until the get people who actually want to work!

Its Friday July 18th, 2025 and I just bought a salad with chicken (Caesars). The salad greenery had leaves that were rotten and already past usage much less to be sold for a profit. Also, the clerk did not give me a receipt of which I thought was odd but didn't want to press for a receipt. Not a good place for a salad or maybe all of their food is like this or worse yet, roaches, rodents (those cause plague of which someone died in Flagstaff). Be cautious at this Wendy's.

Went in for a quick meal and ice-cream their ice-cream machine is always working.
Don’t bother putting in mobile orders, they don’t pay attention to it. Put my order in 30 MINUTES before I arrived, there was no one in drive through, no customers inside and I still had to wait 10 min before it was ready. Not the first time this has happened at this location. The GM needs to do something about their ridiculous wait times or need a new GM.

Iliana has worked here for quite a while, and has ALWAYS been VERY nice and fast and efficient. I would often come into this location because I worked nearby. I was lucky enough to have my kids and come in today, and she was so very nice and engaging with my children. Thank you Iliana. This is my favorite Wendy's. I like ALL the staff that work here, and I've always been treated with respect and fast service. Happy customer.

Parking: This place is easy to get into and it has an evgo charger close by. It's a 50 kilowatt not the fastest charger but it's a good food stop and chargepoint.
