This is my favorite place to go in the food court! Food quality is consistently great and the employees always go above and beyond. :)

Delicious pretzels. Love the Wetzel Bitz with salt and cream cheese to dip. Their bites are chewy and buttery and perfect. The price feels a little high, but my bag was STUFFED full, so it seemed like a reasonable cost.

Cold. Hard. Dry pretzels. This is what you get when you spend almost 10 dollars here. Really bad value for what you get. Everything is really pricey here. Even the drinks.

I bought some pretzels after a long day on getting no igs and they've never doughted me with pepperoni pretzels i love wetzles pretzels

just to inform muslim sisters and brothers these places use the same brush to put butter pork ingredients with the rest of the pretzels everywhere. mashallahh the young lady is educated and let me know beforehand and she offered fresh safe pretzels for me to eat. i was impressed she said she is not muslim so this showed they care for customers like me. places that are not halal usually dont show this kind of treatment towards me as muslim population is not alot here and were often brushed aside and dont let us know about food risks. i dont see this service alot sadly. i thought this place wouldnt be a problem but i never thought about the contamination of pork. alhamdulillah this girl was very educated kind and attentive thank you so much i was very happy with this service .

Staff were friendly but I spent $14 for rock hard pretzels and a drink. I use to love coming to the mall for Wetzel’s. But now, every time I come it’s a waste of money if I can only eat one or two out of the bag.

The portion size was decent, pretzels were overcooked and barely any salt. Refused to pay the $2.16 for the cup of cheese after paying $7.60 for the pretzel bites.

Nothing wrong with the service personally but the frozen hot chocolate is butt I payed 8 dollars for it and it wasn't even good not even mediocre it was just nothing. straight butt I'll think about what I could've done with those 8 dollars for 3 weeks

Keith was very rude when I asked for assistance with my birthday gift. I was told to wait in about a 30 minute line after being given incorrect information that ended up being invalid for the day. I wasted time on my birthday and I was treated so poorly

Keith had amazing customer service, he was so upbeat and kind definitely made my experience better and the pretzels were delicious!! Thank u Keith GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!
