Wetzel's Pretzels

Not worth the money. I should have gone elsewhere. Combo Pricing not clear. I could have gotten a slice of pizza and a soda from Barros pizza for 6.00 at Arizona Pavillion and Cortaro. I won't be back. The quality is not that great here at Wetzels and as mentioned not worth the money.

We ordered pretzels and they were dried out. My daughter didn't want me to make a scene but I told her for what I spent it shouldn't be dried out and should have flavor I am very disappointed because they were good when I visited Tucson last year.

The pretzels were hard like rocks. They always give the bad ones to customers first and keep the fresh ones for later. My $10 went to trash can.

Went in the other day with my wife and daughter got a #2 and a 3# and it costs us $30 which is a lot for pretzels and there are other places that are cheaper and better here in Tucson. Also they don't have prices listed which is illegal and will be forwarding to dept. Of weights and measures. Won't be back after this.

Normally this is my favorite place and location to get a pretzel. Whenever I go to the outlet mall, I always get one. This time was so disappointing. It was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday so maybe they were slow, but our two pretzels were not only slightly burned but also dried out like they were sitting there. Even one of our cheese containers had burnt cheese in it. Factoring in the price on top of the quality, it made it an even worse experience. Maybe it’s still good during peak times, but wouldn’t recommend during slow ones.

Super appreciate paying over $30 for lemonade and pretzels just to get home and find I was given a full sized hard stale nasty pretzel instead of the bites I had ordered. Waste of money. Will not be back.

Prices are pretty expensive. Quality is very hit or miss for this location and the hours of operation online need to be updated. They never open until 11:30-12.

Wouldn't recommend. Food is overpriced at 15$ for a drink and pretzel bites that taste bad. Staff are visibly miserable. So many people working here with frowns. You'd have to be foolish to give them your money a second time. To believe they have the audacity to ask for tips on the card machine.

Went in yesterday @4:46pm. Employee was extremely rude. Had her eyes rolling the whole time. Not only did she have a bad attitude, she also made me swipe my card three times because she couldn’t pay attention to my order. After telling her THREE times. Got my order wrong and made me pay 3 different transactions. Next time, call in if you’re gonna give this service or leave your unprofessional attitude at home.Employee# 2220 as shown on receipt.
