Everything about this store is not good. Got my order wrong twice. Waited 30 min total. Every employee was unprofessional, cursing , attitudes and guys pants hanging below waist. No kind of respect for customers at all. I'd fire everybody and hire all new!!

Although the food is good this place has the rudest employees and worst customer service. People at counter are completely ignored. Funny they have all this pride and recognition posted and I didn't see anything like that. As I was writing this a customer returned her food because it was cold. Nice guys

Workers speaking Spanish and female in front openly cussing infront of customers. Cool yay your drive through line is going by fast, yet we waited 20minutes in the lobby for3 things, AFTER we reminded them about it because they forgot. Then didn't give us the full order and we had to again ask for the rest. All while workers laughed and spoke Spanish infront of us.

I order takeout, waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich is unacceptable. This has happened multiple occasions. You guys can do better. I thought the target time is sub 5 minutes?
