Been eating at whataburger for decades, trying to figure out when a hot burger and fries became a not so hot burger and fries, oh wait, the past couple of years…hot and fresh please, the cheese needs to be melted please

I feel i should have been compensated for being in the manager meeting, being the only 2 people in the dining area while she verbally and poignantly berated her team members for 30 minutes. Take it to a more professional setting if you want to sound like a bully boss. I would have dismissed this manager 5 minutes into the expectations she told, and believe me, I heard all of em. Way not cool.

Wish I could have given this place a five star total review. Unfortunately,
It was already a little cool outside and the AC kept turning on full blast in dinning room. Mentioned it to the staff, I believe a manager And she said sorry, nothing we can do about it, it's controlled by corporate.

It took a while to get food, I didn't mind. I had a problem with getting ketchup with dry ketchup stains. Employee going in and out with the same gloves and touching face after getting drinks ready.

Everyone here was so nice to me and my sa. I ordered several Whataburgers to go to put in my fridge on my road trip and they separated the sauce and veggies for me so they wouldn’t get soggy. From a true Texan this Whataburger is doing it right. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
