We went to another area Whataburger on Wednesday and tried the limited time Dr. Pepper Blackberry Shake and it was so uniquely delicious that I had to make sure that it was the last thing I tasted before flying home to a state that doesn't have Whataburgers. We chose the drive through, which was empty at the time. Lexi and Arianna ROCK! I got the biggest size possible and sucked it down before we even got home. I need a Whataburger in my town and Dr. Pepper Blackberry Shakes to be on the permanent menu.

Went through the drive through. Order was wrong. Had to go in and wait for it to be remade. Next week ordered through door dash.. triple meal with cheese. Came a double and cold. 45 minutes later a triple came no cheese. Called to explain our frustration and was told ill tell the manager tomorrow

Whataburger used to be one of the best burger chains in America, and now, because they keep hiring incompetent do nothing employees, Whataburger has quickly become one of the worst chains in the nation. You can't even order a simple meal and them get it correct. When there's only 2 other people in the drive-through line, and they still get orders wrong, cold food and stuff not made properly. I'm done with it! I will never be back to another Whataburger. I would rather go to In n Out where they actually get your food correct every time. No matter how busy they are because In n Out knows how to hire employees who are intelligent and want to work. Not these do nothing morons that Whataburger hires.

The crew was very nice and friendly. Service was quick. I love being able to watch them prepare my order plus they wore gloves. I LOVE the fact that the lobby is now open 24hrs instead of closing at 10pm.

Whomever "assembled" the burger placed the meat patty all folded in half. I did not notice at first, but after I had several bites without tasting any meat, I looked inside.....it was not busy, so no other reason than laziness. ...won't be back to this location

Everytime I go over there they get my order wrong I said #1 large and they gave me medium and I said sweet tea they gave me unsweetened tea this is the 13th time they've done this VERY UNACCEPTABLE
