The food is good, but the reason I am giving it a 3 star is because they always fill up the soda with ice and you get little soda. It feels like you are being robbed for your drink. My soda was fill almost to the top with ice. 🤨

I'm a native Texan, so I love Whataburger no matter what. This location's messed up every order I've given them in the last six months. From missing food, taking orders incorrectly, to overcharging. Food's usually up to par with other Whataburgers, the front end workers/order takers are what need improvement.

I wrote this review just to let you know how much of a waste of a person you are. Get your stuff together ASAP What a disaster having people pull to lane B to be cashed out and not at a window SMH so disrespectful who do you think you are the Hamburger stand on 12th and Ajo? As I'm in lane B or Line B this truck has his ignition running fumes coming out of his exhaust just killing me literally white smoke all in the car in my face.

This location has been declining. The food is still awesome, but they started screwing up orders. There seems to be a lot of new staff and they aren't very friendly. Owners take note, your manager may need to be replaced.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins....had to repeat my name 3x once at the window. Looking inside they had orders waiting on something set up on all of the counter space getting cold. Will not be returning
