I don't know what is with this place. Every time I come here it's a long wait for no reason and the food is either cold or bland and the fries taste like cardboard and they always forget the ketchup. The other Whataburgers are way better and take pride in what they do.

I came in this evening for dinner, and the wait was busy. I was expecting this as dinner rush is typical for a Monday.
I was given a apple pie and chocolate cookie—even though I didn't order these items. I appreciate the staff acknowledging my patience.

We ordered three meals plus 2 apple pies and a side of ranch that I was charged for but the apple pies and ranch were missing out of the bag when we got home.
Young lady by the name of Viviana was RUNNING this place on a busy Friday night, and all with a very patient and pleasant attitude. The place was swamped and we could see her moving through all stations. The place was dirty and there was a wait...it was understandable for being rush hour. We were pleased with our meal.

Just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and no one took my order.
The other line was being serviced perfectly fine. Sorry for the Thanksgiving rush but if you can’t do your job, why work it?
Horrible service. I ordered through the drive thru. I paid for my order and the woman that was at the window told me to move forward, I did what she told me and moved up to the front I waited for a really long time for my order more than 25 minutes, I got off of the car because the lobby was closed and I went up to the drive thru window and asked her what was taking so long and she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders I asked her again what was taking for ever and she told me if I didn’t like it I could go to another whataburger she was very disrespectful by saying and acting like that, I really hope her managers take actions for her rude behavior, she was a dark skin lady about in her 20’s , and this happened around 1.a.m

Longest wait ever for fast food all i got was a biscuit and a coffee had to wait 30 minutes in line with one car ahead if me!
