I had a wonderful time on the tour and learning what makes their whiskey special! I really enjoyed the tasting and bought several bottles! I definitely have a new favorite spirit that will live in my collection!
This already feels like a home away from home. I already loved the whisky but getting to hang out here was a delight. We met and talked to Jessica and Jennifer who made it that much better. Can’t wait to go again!
The tasting was wonderful after a brilliant tour provided by Ian.
Great place to visit and they make an exceptional product. All the staff are enjoyable to interact with. Recommend trying out a tour and tasting.
Well, this distillery is filled with great products and great people! Made a quick stop to get a local whiskey and only wish we would have found it earlier in our visit. Definitely worth the stop to take a tour, try a flight, find something delicious to take home, and make some new friends. Thanks for welcoming us so enthusiastically, Whiskey Del Bac! 💚
Took the Tasting Tour and it was fantastic. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made the night very memorable and never got tired of answering our group's questions. Definitely will visit again and recommend to friends. Thank you for make our visit awesome!
Fantastic experience visiting the folks at Del Bac for a tour & tasting - the tour guide (John) was friendly and knowledgable, the whiskeys were all unique & delicious, and the two cats who work at the distillery (Pablo & Waldo) were both super friendly (Waldo followed along on the tour with us!)
A great time was had by all! :)
I called an hour before close and asked about a tasting. Carlos answered the phone and told me to come on down. I got there at 5:30, and before we knew it, it was 6:30pm (they close at 6:00).
I’m from out of town and travel a lot for work. I seek out places like this for two reasons: good whiskey and great conversations. I’m happy to say I sampled great whiskey and had amazing conversation with Carlos. It was only an hour, but Carlos is a salt of the earth person that loves good music, good whiskey, and good company.
I highly recommend visiting the distillery and chopping it up with Carlos. Thank you, Carlos, for a great time!
Decided to go on a tour of Arizona Distilleries, started this journey w/ Del Bac. This was a wonderful place and expeirence. I could not believe the history in something so new. Our tour guide was hilarious and super knowledgeable, he answered our basic questions and even gave us the Instagram of gatosdelbac. We opted for the whiskey and chocolate pairing and this was delightful. The chocolate played so well with the whiskey and the flavor profiles were well thought out. After trying their new releases, we picked up a bottle of the Frontera. Something unique and special that you could have a glass of to celebrate any special occasion. Afterwards, he suggested some wonderful locations to grab dinner and even gave us the information of their chocolatier, Embers Chocolate. I was utterly impressed with the level of class and excellence that came w/ this tour. If I would change one thing, it would be to pick up a bottle of their distiller's cut as that was spicy and interesting, a real talking piece. Overall 5/5 on the experience
Great introduction to another winning whiskey with Sentinel of the Desert Bourbon. The drinks, music and people were outstanding. Well Done.

Love visiting this place when in town. Great space, great folks, really excellent and interesting whiskeys.
Nice local whisky for a different whisky testing. You probably will find what do you like.
Outstanding distillery focused on single malt whiskeys. Their retail hours are relatively limited, but if you can fit it in then it's really worth the effort. I was running late, but called and was told to go ahead and come in for a tasting. They do all their production on-site from from mashing through distilling, aging/finishing and bottling. Anyway they have 5 single malts available with various finishes (sherry barrel, etc.). My favorites were the Normandy and their limited release Distillers Cut (my favorite and pricey but not too bad and worth it). All their single malts are above 90 proof, with the exception of the Distillers Cut which comes in at 113 proof and is a limited run of approximately 600 bottles each year. They also have a Bourbon and Rye that they source from Ohio and 'finish' on-site. Both are pretty good for people who are set on those whiskeys, but definitely they're all about the single malts.
Went here for the Normandy release. What a fantastic time we had some of the mixed drinks. I also got a flight. The flight was $20 for four samples. What a fantastic deal. Stop by and check the place out. I think you’ll have a great time.
We love Whiskey del Bac! Their release parties deliver great music, great atmosphere, delicious food and most importantly amazing whiskey drinks!
