first i would like to say the worst experience, we have never been to this location but it was convenient from where we were. when i was at the window paying we let angel know the receipt said cheese even though we said plain burgers at the intercom and he said he’ll make sure they don’t put it on there. he also did not want to fix the price even though a hamburger and cheeseburger are to different prices. as we got home 20 mins later we realized there was cheese on them and the corn dogs were so burnt(all food was returned once we realized) . i spoke with alba she said id have to go back for a refund which i did, drive 20 minutes back for her to just tell me the corn dogs get like that when they aren’t defrosted in time. which is unfair because my kids don’t deserve burnt corn dogs which is why everything went back. i’m hoping this bring more awareness with this location to have better management and communication. it’s an inconvenience that i had to drive back 20 minutes waste and hour for no food.
