I usually love this place, but Pre ordered for Super Bowl and they even asked for a pick up time which we said 4 and we waited for 2+ hours for our order. They kept telling us 20 minutes, 20 minutes and an hour was wasted in the restaurant. Apart from poor time management they basically lie to you about time to keep you there so you don’t ask for your money back. Won’t be ordering from here again. Total lack of respect for your customers.

BEST WINGS IN TUCSON! Me and my friend go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. For starters as soon as you walk in, you feel at home. You get the feeling of a family ran business right away! The employees are extremely nice and fun to talk to! Now for the food… The wings are outstanding, top three flavors in our opinion are buffalo original, lemon pepper, and chile lime! Each flavor has it’s own unique taste that leaves your mouth satisfied. I order my wings extra extra crispy and they are always perfect! We have tried tons of wings in Arizona and these are on top! Now for the fries… they are PHENOMENAL! The crisp is perfect and the seasoning is unmatched! Businesses tend to have good days and bad days, however it’s always a good day at Wings on Fire. This place will always have our business!
This place is really good. Amazing flavors. It seems expensive when you look at the menu but the value is there. Their boneless pieces are huge and consistent. The dining room is a little crowded with overflow of inventory but other than that this place deserves 5stars. You can tell the people working actually care about delivering a quality meal, and consistent flavors.

Was craving chicken and couldn't help but notice this place when looking up restaurants near me. I love me some wings. Wings on Fire has plenty of great reviews and I completely understand why. I called and placed an order over the phone for pick up. The service over the phone was friendly and the employee was very clear when repeating my order. The prices are great especially given the quality of the Wings. I ordered three flavors, mild buffalo, garlic parm and teriyaki. All deliciously flavored. The wings are juicy with a nice little crisp to them. We will be returning for sure. Hands down the best wings I have had yet!Parking: Plenty of parking out front

The wings are amazing! The atmosphere is more of a pickup and go spot for me but there are tables and chairs for dine-in. I will definitely go back because these are some of the best wings I've had since moving here and I'm a southern girl with high standards.
