I knew they weren't very happy I came in with my date 45 minutes before closing time, but she was craving wings and this place blows Buffalo Wild Wings away and wanted to impress her. We got 4 different flavors and their fried mushrooms and zucchini, it was all delicious. My date was happy and impressed. After joking with the waitress she cracked a smile and loosened up. Date was happy, hopefully the waitress was happy, and I was happy. Ended up being a great experience and of course will be back!

The wings were certainly meaty and well cooked. They didn't give us a the sauces we asked for. And the sauce portion are small. You definitely need to get atleast 2 of each. They tasted good. I would have preferred more wings to make the ratio of wings to drumsticks even. I ordered 20 wings and got maybe 5 wings. But all in all the food was good. I'd definitely recommend it.

I moved back to town after an 8-year hiatus. My family and I were excited for wings over broadway as my wife turned me onto it back in 2011-2012. After eating there, I must say we were all sorely disappointed. The wings were fattier than we remembered and didn’t seem to have the same crunch we were used to having. I’m not sure if there was a change in ownership or cooks since we moved away and moved back, but I will try and remember the old wings over broadway for what it was.

So much potential, this place was AMAZING back in the day at the old Broadway and Rosemont location. My family has been loyal customers for over 6 years, I ordered some take out and was not pleased... the tots and garlic wings were soggy (thank goodness for air fryers) and my order was messed up, wrong flavors and no blue cheese. Some wings were mildly undercooked and I avoided those, the flavors of the wings are the only outstanding thing about this place... it was so much better back in the day, the best service, food was spot on and now I feel it's hanging by a thread.

I ordered two separate orders. 10 wings buffalo medium/Cajun spice with bleu cheese and 10 wings lemon pepper/garlic parm. As for the wings the Buffalo medium order was fine. Wings had flavor and were a good size. The only complaint was that I think the Bleu cheese wasn't as good as I expected but no harm no foul. The other order was a bit rougher. Just my opinion because I don't typically order those flavors, however they didn't have just that. The lemon pepper tasted like they just had no seasoning whatsoever. The garlic parmesean was the same case, though you could clearly see the parmesean flakes on them.As far as the rest of my experience, the service has always been a problem with this establishment. It wouldn't be an issue if the restaurant was filled with customers however that is never the case whenever I go in. The wings took longer than expected and I arrived 30 minutes prior to my pickup time and notified them that they could start the order immediately. Don't get me wrong the staff is polite however the lack of experience seems to be their Achilles heel.I used to love the old location, and I think the service was slightly better back then due to the size of the building. I would say that if you're very patient and forgiving this place is still one of the best wing places in town because of the flavors, but if you enjoy the style of wings I mentioned (garlic parm and lemon pepper) I would go somewhere else. Luckily I had lemon pepper seasoning at home to make up for the lack of seasoning they came with.

Wings are meaty...that's about it really. They charge for everything single thing damn near a dollar for a side of ranch. Beer was room temp, burger was just sad, most of the veggies either had rust on them or were wilted.

I'm not sure why there's apparently two locations for wings over on Broadway. But there's only one phone number that goes to one location. It's very confusing because one is apparently had to go restaurant and the other ones an actual sitdown restaurant. But GrubHub indicates only one phone number that goes to the Broadway location but if you look it up on maps it doesn't even tell us about a Delano location. It's nonexistent on maps. They have different wings and they are not the same restaurant. The menu was different. And then when I called the Broadway location to verify this, no one can explain nobody knows the answers everybody is clueless. This needs to be fixed because it's constant confusion. There's only one phone number that goes to the Broadway location, but the Delano location does not exist and it doesn't have a phone number. Look it up on maps it only shows at the Broadway location is existent it does not have the option to look up the Delana location under wings over on Broadway.

This used to be a great place to eat but not anymore. Food has gone down big time and the prices are insanely ridiculous ? my granddaughter got the ? it was gross ? taste like cardboard! Burger was very greasy n wings weren't that good either. Sad to say we will not be going back there again

Don’t Waste your time. It’s heartbreaking to see such potential ran by mediocrity. The customer service is non existent, and the food…. There a better place across the street… any street, maybe even in the alley! This place is junk. ?

As always the wings are amazing we ordered 20 wings four flavors and each one was amazing. The problem is the rest of the experience the service staff is amateur at best they seem to lack guidance and leadership I ordered a beer that took way to long to come out to the table. The beer wasn't my favorite but I was trying something new so I don't blame them for that. A quarter of the way through my beer I couldn't drink any more of it so I ordered a cocktail my standard go to drink makers mark and ginger beer this drink took an equally long time to come to the table I had already finished my water and was eating habanero wings so something to cool my mouth a little would have been nice at this time I looked around and it appeared that 3 waitresses were working and they only had four tables in the restaurant a few more people were at the bar. When my drink finally arrived it was a horrible attempt t a cocktail first off it was served in a pint glass which is not how a cocktail should be served unless requested, a highball glass or a bucket is how it should be served. The drink had hardly any ice in it there was barely enough to cover the top of the glass. Now the reason it should be served in a bucket is that when I order whiskey I want to taste the whiskey all I could taste is the ginger beer (granted it was a tasty ginger beer) but absolutely not a hint of whisky flavor in it. Im not a person who is trying to scam a bartender out of extra booze either I want a well balanced cocktail I'm not a fan of when the drink is too strong either. Most drinks are very simple 1.5 ounces of alcohol and 2 ounces of mixer poured over a full bucket glass of ice is a good starting point. Bartending 101. Let's move onto the rest of the meal we ordered our wings and pizza at the same time. The wings came out then we waited and waited and waited for the pizza an hour had gone by since we ordered it when we finally asked the look of panic the came over the waitresses face clearly indicated she had forgotten. She rushed to the kitchen and then came back with an excuse about how it wasn't her fault but it clearly was. They did take the pizza off the bill but again I'm not looking for free stuff I'm looking for an enjoyable experience. Also we had other plans that got delayed. The pizza finally came out after another fifteen mins and somehow it was room temperature. Overall I would give the pizza a 5 out of ten I might have been a 7 if it was on time and warm. Now getting to my other plans we were going to meet some friends somewhere else but they met us at wob since it was taking so long when they showed up we ordered 2 shots of whisky 2beers and a pineapple vodka after serving the shots and beers they inform us they don't have pineapple but the manager would run and grab some so we sat their for at least another 30 mins then asked about the drink they said the manager wasn't back yet but I can see wall mart from the window it shouldn't of taken that long we just asked for the bill at this point since we had finished everything else. In conclusion if you just go for wings and a soda you will probably be just fine anything past that is clearly out of there comfort zone.

Spontaneous evening pizza and a beer. Not at all our normal meal but we just went for it. The pizza had the most flavorful cheese the jalapeños were fresh cut and the crust was about hand tossed thickness. Was definitely a good pizza. The atmosphere was family with young kids laughing and fussing. The Miller Lite on draft was chilled nicely. The Budweiser was crisp and tasty. Service was ok. Will definitely go back for pizza and a beer sometime.

The wings were so dry and small. The onion rings had no flavor. I realize with travel they lose crispness but were bland. Customer service great and friendly. That's why I gave them a 2.

Didn't even taste the food. We got seated really quick but then 20 mins + passed and never even got offered water.got a lot of time to check the prices boy they are high, you are better off going to buffalo wild wings just down the road. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

The food's pretty tasty I'm general. Really like their creativity. Service was struggling though. Difficult times for everyone, we understand. Food was cold, no silverware, etc. Not huge things, but we'll rethink the next visit unfortunately.
