Do yourself a favor, and just forget this place. We placed an order at 4pm. Got a text at 6pm the order was on its way. At 6:15pm got a text it was cancelled. Wing stop says not their fault. They said they will make the food again. (Spoke to manager Miguel) We agree. We call back at 7pm to get the status of the order, and we’re told that they are refunding our money. No dinner, no customer service and 3 hours later, nothing. And update: still no refund. They say corporate has to do it. Unreal.

We ordered with the wingstop app and never received our food. We contacted wingstop and they blamed DoorDash for the failure to deliver. We talked to the manager and we were told that the food was being made and they would call when it was on its way….heard nothing….called back and they cancelled the order and said our refund would be available in 7-10 business days…an absolute poop show…steer clear of this place…
Food is good if you get it. Have ordered from here multiple times and just haven't gotten my whole order. Went to get my order fixed and staff made me wait through multiple orders (30+ mins) just to get the part of my order that they didn't give me

Slowest Wingstop ever. Order was stated to be ready by 45 after. Wasn't until almost 35 into the next hour.

Was seriously craving chicken, showed up for lunch all excited… just to be told it’s a 30–45 minute wait 😩 Super disappointing.
Wingstop isn’t like it use to be I spent $40 on wings and they didn’t even get my order right even after they checked it to see if it was right the first time…how do you check an order and still get it wrong then when I call they put me on hold for 10 min which shows they really don’t care about there customers. Some the boneless wings I ordered had no seasoning and then the garlic Parmesan flavored ones I ordered were so nasty I didn’t even eat them. There wings aren’t even wings I feel like I’m eating some nasty chicken nuggets the flavor of the boneless chicken is so gross I definitely will not be eating at any wingstop again. The wings that look like plain chicken nuggets are suppose to be lemon pepper but as you can see there’s nothing on them I was so disgusted with the food I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else

Wrong order and zero accountability. My online order that we picked up was missing part of my order. I called to be refunded only for the part of the order I was missing. Their answer is to drive back 20 minutes and pick up what’s missing. No option for a refund, credit, or a realistic option. Driving back to a restaurant 20 minutes after getting home is insane. The manager was rude and told me it’s not her problem and she’s just doing her job and can’t offer a refund. If she was doing her job I’d have my full order. I’m so sick of crappy attitudes and no accountability. I spent $60 for food that I didn’t get and it’s not worth my time to drive back. The chicken was chewy and if poor quality anyways. Don’t waste your time with this restaurant.

Jojo always takes care of us ! We usually order ahead because this location is always poppin. The team is always helpful and our order is never incorrect. The fries are always super fresh and a girl and Samantha even brought our food to our car last night !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
I placed an online order ahead of time because I’ve known that it can take a while for food to come out from this place. I arrived at the restaurant after the 45 minute estimate I received via email and was told that my order was not ready and that it would be an extra 5-10min for it to come out. Mind you, it had already been over an hour since I placed the order. Over 10 customers came in who had also placed an online order being told the same thing, even GrubHub and DoorDash drivers. I witnessed how one of the food delivery drivers told the cashier if there was any way she could include something because their client had been waiting over an hour for her food and he didn’t want the client to get mad at him. The cashier literally said “no, I would have to charge you. There’s nothing I can do”. I felt really bad for the driver because they need good tips and the rude and arrogant cashier could literally be costing them a good review or tip.
Also, the cashier was not wearing her name tag. She was so unapologetic, had an attitude with everyone and just displayed EXTREMELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They least they could’ve done was add an extra ranch or offer to upgrade the size of customers drinks!
I ended up waiting 20-30 minutes over my estimated time.
This isn’t a one time thing. If you read the rest of the reviews, everyone is saying the same thing. Something clearly needs to change, whether that’s the way corporate gives customer service training to their staff or staff itself.
This Wingstop is often busy, crowded, and loud. On three seperate occasions they've quoted me 5-10 minutes and I end up waiting 30+. I understand if it's busy and it's a one off but this is consistent. At least be honest so I can move on and waste less time. Staff are also are often short and crude. The room is already loud and overstimulating and they don't call names out loud enough to actually be heard causing confusion among customers. The food from this location specifically is below mid and even worse for the trouble of getting it. Three strikes, you're out. My fault for trying more than once.

Order dash with four wings and they make me wait an hour and they make my route driver wait an hour to That is not customer service. Nor is it the driver's fault. They have four baskets of wings that's sat there 15 minutes Well my driver was waiting for my order none of them were mine They hadn't even dropped it yet eventually they dropped it but they weren't mine My driver canceled my order That's ridiculous customer service DoorDash should stop working with you all together if you're going to keep customer service like this common sense says if you have four baskets worth of wings ordered and then somebody ordered four wings you get those four wings out And you sure don't leave for baskets of raw wings over a prior for 15 minutes before dropping it either ever heard of cancer People don't have immune systems food safety not to be rude but change your customer service and the reviews will be different
