I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, I hadn’t had any problems before last night and upon reading other recent reviews, it seems like a bunch of people have gone through this.We placed an order last night through DoorDash, they took so long, that 2 dashers gave up, and last one cancelled the order. They had them waiting for 1 hour. And the dashers mentioned the employees were being, and I quote “incredibly rude”.We ultimately decided to go down there to place the order in person. That didn’t help. It took another hour. We weren’t told anything at the register. I understand things might stop working at these places. But they didn’t say anything, nor did they bother to give us an estimated waiting time.After 2 long hours, we got our food. Which was delicious but the service was awful.

I had an awful experience at this location with a worker who took my order and I did the wingstop survey about it. Jojo the General manager called me a couple days later and apologized for her employees actions and she offered me a free meal. She was amazing and she fixed the problem! She assured me that she talked to her employee and she kept apologizing and was very amazing and sweet :) I do love the Campbell location and I always get my order the exact way I like it. So thanks to jojo for fixing the problem she is an amazing manager! ☺️

The service here is TERRRIBLE. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment the staff is just wow…terrible is literally the only thing I can say just terrible.
Normally love Wingstop. I tried placing an order on the app and it wouldn’t allow me. It said call to place an order, so I tried calling. I got a dial tone, so clearly they disconnected the phones. I just drove all the way to the location, and am told “So we’re not taking orders right now.” THEN ADVERTISE THAT SOMEWHERE OR BE WILLING TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND LET CUSTOMERS KNOW. I understand they are busy with Super Bowl Sunday, but am extremely annoyed that they aren’t willing to communicate.

NOT WORTH IT! Do not order here if you want your food within a reasonable time frame... Or call to speak to a manager either because they will leave you on hold. The food is usually under cooked OR super dry because they leave your order sitting on a counterin the back forever too because making it all at once and getting it out the door within the 20 minute estimation time frame is too much to ask when they are SLOW. I'd rather sit in a Cane's lobby during their busy time. You get your food faster and its still edible.
