Shoutout to the hancho Angel. I had to wait a little while during a Friday night rush, nonetheless it's was still within the timeframe window I was given online after ordering.. but he was so apologetic about my wait. He gave me 2 extra ranches and a brownie even tho I said I'm cool with 1 extra ranch. He said he will "put me in the books" for a free meal another day.. this is the type of service that will gain life long customers..A+ service. I highly recommend. The food is awesome too..

I’ve ordered here multiple times and I’m very random occasions like TODAY, my food is completely cold and there is no napkins or forks? If I’m told to wait 16-21 minutes for pickup why are you immediately making my order with OLD chicken? As someone who likes wingstop you guys need to be more consistent with your quality of food.
EDIT : They personally called me and made it a point to fix and remake my order; when I got this order I was treated with the same respect from staff and the meal was much more consistent and pleasant! Thank you so much.
Thank you Angel for calling me and making things right. This company is definitely worth coming back too after this being my only time complaining and them immediately making it right.

I was having a great night and decide to continue the good vibes going by ordering some wings. That was mistake #1. I ordered 4 diff flavors and received two of the worst ones I didn’t even choose. The fries cold, that ones on me, but unseasoned, which makes no sense bc there was no white person on sight. The worst, most atrocious thing that’s even worse than the wrong flavors is them forgetting the damn ranch. The damn ranch that I paid a lil extra for and wasn’t even included. Worst experience would most def not recommend this ghetto location!

Very rude place if I can give them a zero star, I will they accuse you of stealing they messed up the order and blame it on you. There is an older lady there who is very rude. Accuse me of stealing and told me that I am not wanted at the store anymore because she messed up the order she was in the back chitchatting with some gentlemen, then packed the order didn’t pack it correctly mess with the order and it opened from the bottom, she blamed it on me and said that I am not wanted at the store anymore judge people based on their looks, they will give you the pin to the bathroom, but if a person who looks like doesn’t have money, they will walk you to the bathroom and put the pin in for you they are really rude 0 stars

Out of all the locations in Tucson I swear this place has the smallest wings. The food still tastes delicious although the temperature of the food is cold. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful but the size of the wings discourages me to come here. The doors now have keypad locks on them
Wings were overcooked and dry. Very little flavor, couldn’t even tell they were lemon pepper and Cajun wasn’t spicy at all.

subpar wings. tried several flavors. the mild buffalo was on point. but the only flavor that was. i forget the names of the other 2. but one was so heavily salty. that it was borderline inedible. the last flavor was honey something that was supposed to be spicy. it was almost flavorless. mild hint of honey now ans then. thats it. over all. all the wings were hit or miss on quality. some dried out and over cooked. some were perfectly cooked.
the sides. tried seasoned fries. which tasted good but were a bit stale. so texture was not the greatest. the cajun corn was perfect. id love a bit of butter on it. ? but it was decently spicy and very good.
overall. id say. decent. but way over priced for the quality recieved.
