Edit. Tried to come back to yall but damn my veggie sticks. We're shredded. My fries had no seasoning and my wings had seasoning only on one side on multiple. I also asked for them to be cooked extra long but that didn't happen. Yall weren't even busy tonight.

Got home to find out that our order didn't have the large fries we ordered. Called them up to tell them. Asked us for our name on order and to come pick up fries. (We were on our way already). We arrived and was given bag with fries. Fries were cold. Smh! No apology for not including our fries! Round-trip 6 miles.

Current staff will lie to your face and tell you 7 minutes when it is actually 35 minutes delivery driver's please please please avoid this location at all times if you care about your 💰🤑💰 if the staff would just be honest with driver's they would completely understand and move on, what's your definition of southern hospitality being lied to your face

I ordered 5 lemon pepper and 5 koren bbq online to pick up. I picked it up and didn't think to check. When I got home, it was 10 buffalo flavor. It's annoying that they don't double check orders before handing them out and I live far away, so I didn't feel like going back for a mistake that THEY made.

I’ve been ordering from this location for YEARSS and I’m so annoyed with the repeated mistakes with this store for the past few months. 3 weeks ago we ordered delivery, two of the tenders were so overdone they were not edible. Tonight my husband picked up order and brought it home. I ordered 15 boneless wings. 2 sauces. They gave me 10 bone wings. One flavor. So I drove back with my two babies. So they remade it. Came home and all 15 wings were SO PLAIN AND FLAVORLESS. I wasn’t happy. I called right away and asked for a refund. They told me to bring it back in order to get a refund. (Obviously I didn’t drive back AGAIN for the 3rd time) so I’m still waiting for a refund with tasteless wings. Very disappointing. Not to mention the cashier was showing signs being annoyed with ME for THEM getting the order wrong.
I go there quite often and everything is always amazing.

Came here around 1 pm and ordered some food, the cashier shoved me and my friends cup lids into his cup with her bare hands and that caused me to literally get soda all over me and my car, plus she messed up my order, the foo was good but this particular day was absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received here.
