All the food we had was made to order. We dined in and the tables were mostly clean. The person that took our order was friendly enough and made sure to mention everything is made at the time we ordered.

The sauces were good that we had, hickory bbq, spicy Korean and original hot. I feel the spicy Korean could had been coated more but overall the meal was tasty. Fries are fresh and are slightly sweet.

14 wings, two decent trays of fries and two 20oz drinks (with drink station accessible) were just under 30 dollars with tax.

Music was good and felt appropriate for listening, tvs had sports like I would expect.

Good experience, will come again!

Ordered on my way home and was expecting the usual wait time. My name was called before I had even finished filling my drink! Got home and the food was warm and delicious and without the typical puddle of oil in the bottom of the container. Love your new system!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The older woman that’s supposed to be a “manager” is very rude when THEY make an order incorrectly. Never takes any responsibility for any mistakes and give you a hard time when wanting it fixed. No accountability whatsoever.

Have to constantly drive back or get my food remade because they don’t know how to properly make anything. Then when you ask them to fix it they make it seem like you’re insane or asking for too much… I’m sorry but when I’m paying $50+ for wings I expect them to be made the way I ask!

Wings made me siiick I’ve been coming to this location for about a year, and everything had been great until recently. The last few times I’ve visited, the wings have been cold, and the corn tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. They used to make everything fresh, and I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes if that meant the food was done right.

Now the food is done in about five minutes, which is ridiculous because it’s obvious the wings have been sitting there for a while. I tried talking to the guy and asked if they could make my order fresh, but he said no because they have a “new system.” The last three times, the food was cold, and on top of that, he was very rude.

I won’t be coming to this location anymore. I don’t feel comfortable, and the quality has gone downhill. Saying it’s a “new system” doesn’t make it okay to serve cold food just to get orders out faster. Ridiculous. Zero stars.
