Over seasoned on the dry rub, so much Salt I couldn't even eat it, and the staff is extremely impolite to the say the least.. Next time I'll go to Canes where Service is pleasant and food is not drowned in seasoning.

Waited OVER 45 minutes just for buffalo fries and 10 wings!! Its not even a friday there was no one in the lobby when my son gave his order to the lady. All the employees just chill working no sense of urgency at all its crazyyyyy And to top it off how do u for get the RANCH!!!

I visited this Wingstop on Broadway and pantano during a dinner rush, and I must say Alexis, the person who helped me, was very helpful. You can tell it is a very busy fast-paced environment, and Alexis with patient, kind, attentive and very welcoming. My chicken was Hot, not too much sauce, and actually came out quicker than anticipated! They do make each order fresh when you order it so plan on waiting a bit. But it's worth it.
