Ordered 30 traditional wings with 5 different flavors 3 of which were dry rubs. The skin was undercooked and not edible. I'm not too picky about wings but I had to bake them off in my oven to cook them properly.

Usually don’t have a problem but maybe staff woke on the wrong side of the bed today. 1st; the Powerade was out in the fountain so I informed the staff. And dude changed it. Let me know it was changed which was no issue but I feel like this leads up to the comments said by staff. 2nd; the front counter girl gets our order wrong, so when our food comes out we needed to have our fries fixed accordingly. She snatched them and tossed them in the trash like we did something wrong. They fixed our fries, she brought em out. Ok, cool. 3rd; they forgot to give us ranch with our order so I had to go back up and ask for the ranch and I guess because this was my 3rd inquiry from staff some dude in the back thought it would be appropriate to be like “WANT, WANT, WANT”. I mean, our bad?

If you’re a doordasher- this place is a nightmare to pick up orders from. I was told it was an hour wait. Then I was told “we can’t give you a time” People were waiting 2 HOURS for their order. Absolutely ridiculous

I love there boneless wings. So good, I wish I could get it more! The ranch with the chicken is so good. My favorite flavor is the atomic wings. They sadly aren’t spicy enough I really want them to have more spice! But other than that it’s one of my favorite places to eat.
Vegetarian options: This is the least vegetarian place you will ever see. That’s why I love it so much EAT MORE CHICKEN EAT MORE CHICKEN!!!
Dietary restrictions: If your on a diet go to salad and go. Why are you looking at Wingstop?
