Ordered about 40 wings. They didn't give me any dipping sauce or frys, came back, got my frys but they charged me for the sauce that was supposed to come with the wings.

So on Father's Day I ordered 20 bone in and 20 boneless wings my order was missing 10 bone in I called in they told me they would replace them I go in today and the manager accidentally wrote that I was missing 10 boneless instead of 10 in I double check with them before I leave to make sure they're bone in they said yes they're original is what she told me. When I called in she had a attitude and got mad said she told me boneless and that's what they wrote in the book. I said fine thats ok id let it go and she decides to just hang up mid conversation when I brought up her attitude from the beginning. Call the manger say all they can do is talk to her told her it's fine I know nothing is gonna happen especially cause I can here employee already talking to her in the background. Which idc I don't want to cost anyone their job but please lose the attitude and just apologize next time.

This is one of our favorite places to eat when we are up in Tucson.This last trip they kinda fell short of our expectations.The fries were excellent as was the ranch.The wings had very little sauce and were pretty dry.We still love this place,but they definitely disappointed us all this last trip.

I was told the cooks are extremely busy and are not taking call in or walk in orders. I've never heard that before from ANY business.

I never understand why it's so hard to get orders right, especially when it's ordered on the app. Bunch of young staff laughing in the back not caring that customers are waiting way longer than they should be. Then your order comes out missing simple instructions like extra fry seasoning.
