Have been eating here for several years, it has been a minute since we've been back. The wings were cooked through, but not what we asked for. We asked for well done, it was on the receipt, but not executed on the order. I did not check till I got home and it was not worth the drive back. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Is all I have to say. They are very busy and the customer service was excellent. But as always when it's important, trust but verify!!

Placed two orders, they only gave us one order. Called them and the manager was rude . The food was cold. The ranch spilled everywhere in the bag.

Wings are better here than B-dubs. If only they were better at managing staff. Our last two experiences have been really bad here. On a pickup order, we had to wait over an hour to get our food. I understand you were busy, but you need to be prepared and staffed and make sure your app is not screwing you over by not allowing too many orders during events. Second time we ordered delivery. Wish I could blame delivery for this but the packaging was sealed. We received the wrong order and was missing half of what we ordered. One package had two stickers overlaping each other, like if we were never going to notice, or maybe it was an honest mistake. Love the wings, but maybe not worth getting from there anymore because of the service.

Love the food from this Wingstop. They are always fast but well cooked still. I definitely suggest trying the cajun corn if you haven't had it before, I've never had anything like it before and we get it every time.

Ordered a 20 piece wing, fries, and corn. Wings were hard and could only eat about 5/6 of them. Fries were cold. We showed up around 10:30 which was around estimated time of pick up. Very unhappy and a waste of money.

This place deals with a lot of volume but I love this location I do delivery here and I order from here they always do great. And from what I can tell they stay pretty level-headed even though they deal with high volumes which is very helpful when you're in a rush. And the managers are always awesome at Wingstop especially this location. LOVE IT!!

Service is awful. They take 50 mins vs the 30 they say it will take. Employees playing around instead of working on the orders. They don't deserve any stars.

Multipul times now I've places an online pick up order and its said ot would be ready between 2 certain times I always go at the latest and of course its never never done by the time they say. Now tonight especially I show up 30 minutes past my pick up time and they tell my husband its going to be 30 more minutes. This place wings are good but employees are rude and they are horrible with time management 😑

So we ordered on line,it said 55to 65 min wait ok cool,get there wait in line for another 30 min, finely get to register where the girl has a stack of on line order receipts ,she proceeds to go through them finds mine and says oh it will be another 40 min or more ,they were not putting any online receipts on the line at all till the costumer gets there completely ridiculous.
