I’ve tried order online twice now, and my card was charged but the order never confirmed. Only positive thing is the money did get refunded a couple days later. Still very annoying because now I don’t have the funds to go elsewhere. Really inconvenient.

Not impressed at all. This is the first time I've tried Wingstop so not sure if this experience is typical to other locations. Menu was confusing and cashier was not very helpful or clear. Our chicken tenders were difficult to chew through, were too crunchy, and were way overcooked. The actual chicken tasted fine once you could get to it. Fries were soggy. Seating area was very small. Food was very slow coming out despite the lack of customers in the restaurant. I would avoid this place. I've heard good things about Wingstop but not sure if I'll try it again at another location.
I ordered online drove there and it was hot and ready to go.

Ordered dinner for two people for delivery. Everything was okay until the next day I heated up some left overs. One boneless had a feather in!! The sauce was buffalo so you could see the feather covered. I was totally grossed out. Worst thing ever. Doesn’t let me add pics

Worst wingstop Ever. Horrible service. They lose my order. 20 people waiting for an hour on their mobile orders. Do not recommend. Plus the eating area is disgusting. They never clean it. And good luck finding parking.

I waited on the phone for 20 minutes and no answer after being put on hold. The website wasn’t working right and I couldn’t go and order in person and wait an hour like before when I ordered in person. This location always has problems.

If you’re going to advertise specials for a big fight like Mike Tyson, be prepared for the response. This was the worst experience. Watching this location do 15+ refunds because so many were tired of waiting. Waiting over an hour and being told if you ask for a refund it takes 5-10 days but they still keep taking online orders while you wait.

I went to wing stop yesterday, and I a grate experience with my love one and had my order fulfilled by a mad scientist who was a wiz by navigating through the menu, good work buddy. There is also no code on the restroom in case of a emergency. Winkwink 🤣🤣🤣

My mistake order Door dash delivery,Wings straight garbage no sauce, uncook and no napkins, they dont supervise the cooks , dont order from here you will be regreat.

The staff was really professional despite being overrun with offers and a store full of impatient customers, some choosing to get mouthy and the staff handled themselves with a professional decorum.
