Usually when I come to Wingstop I get rude cashiers but this is the first time I ever met the nicest cashier! Her name is Patty and she DEFINITELY deserves a raise!!! She is so sweet and even brought us napkins and forks with our meal! She gave the most positive attitude throughout our whole visit! I was having a down day and she literally made my attitude go from low to extremely high and happy! She is amazing I’m glad Wingstop hired her she is the most amazing person I’ve ever met! <3

Everybody in there is a hating Hispanic. I'm the only white person in the building being forced to wait 30 minutes extra for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready before I even got there. Meanwhile I'm listening to the cooks all laugh and do stuff to my food right in front of me. Then, they see I'm staring right at them and they proceed to look down/act like they weren't just doing what they were. I watched as they grabbed my wings from a entirely different location than everyone else's, put them in the bag and hand me my food after I finally spoke up about it again. Meanwhile 10 other customers have since been helped with their mobile orders and on their way. They're blatantly racist at this establishment if you're white and look like you have moneya bunch of hating Hispanics who will legitimately ruin your food or god knows what else. Wing stop Corp needs to clear this location of its filth. This has been going on for years I used to live right down the block and never ate in at this restaurant because of the employees. That's crazy because back home in Denver we always stayed and ate in the restaurant and tipped nicely. People don't even tip these places usually we just always appreciated the service. I'll never order from this company again yall lost me to Bdubs at least they respect the customer somewhat, wing stop on Ina road is trashy because of the employees and fat dude making the wings thinks he's slick contaminating peoples food because they're upset they've waited 30-40 minutes extra. Truth be told they're bottom of the barrel humans

Called at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night 1/13/24. My flight had just got in so wanted to grab some wings on the way home. The guy on the phone told me they “weren’t taking pick up orders” but wing stop doesn’t close until 12:00 ? Bad customer service! I called the grant location and they had my wings ready to be picked up before 11:30 and had great customer service! Ina location needs to do better

Tonight we went to enjoy some good wings. Our food was good, although the large fries looked more like small fries. We ended up having to buy more. My husband and I were enjoying boxing as we enjoyed our dinner. At 9:45pm I asked to use the restroom since they had the pathway blocked with high chairs and boxes, I thought they were being cleaned, but the guy said "sorry the bathrooms are closed" yet the door on the sign states they are opened until midnight, not only that, but we had been sitting there for like an hour and a half. If you still have customers inside why close your bathrooms!? We ended up having to leave because they refused to let me use the restroom.Another thing was the staff were using a lot of profanity with each other in a very loud and obnoxious way. Not professional at all.

Their wings can use some sauce. I went in twice and the wings have no sauce, they serve dry no flavor wings

They opened the door for me all greeted me dropped my wings in the fryer before I ordered! It was the best Wingstop experience I’ve ever had! I would drive here just to support them! And I live 15 minutes away!

I love Wingstop, but when my sister and I stopped at this location for dinner, the customer service was lacking. My sister asked if the boneless wings were gluten free, the young lady behind the counter answered, "Yes," but she was incorrect. The manager did make my sister a gluten free meal, but only after she was served the other. Ever since the pandemic began, I have seen a sharp decline in customer service almost everywhere I go in this country ever since. I hope this Wingstop implements better training after this experience we had.Dietary restrictions: Ask the manager because the children that sometimes work the counter can be clueless

Give a raise to the cashier who handled an order of 150 wings for the next morning who I assume hadn’t ordered at a wing stop before. Not that this is a bad thing but when a customer gets easily confused it’s easy to get upset and she just continued to be kind and explain things as needed. Nothing but respect for you queen. Songs were great, we said extra sauce and they delivered. Always a blast when you have the craving.

I really don’t know how to rate this. The wings are not bad. They are not the best but are pretty good. It’s getting the wings that’s the problem. Seems like they are always understaffed or behind for some reason. I don’t want to wait forever for good wings. I will wait for great wings. Good wings need to be ready fast and not tell me it might be 10 minutes more when I get there. For reference they 10 minutes is really over 30. Get the system together and I will be there more often.
