After reading all these reviews....Yeah, I am definitely NEVER going to this spot.....These reviews burned them more than that one dudes pizza on here.

The pizza I ordered was pepperoni and pineapple. There was absolutely no flavor in the sauce and the pizza tasted old, there was a weird taste to it.

Not sure what happened to Pizza Hut throughout the years, they used to be awesome. They don't answer their direct phone, they have one lady running around like a jumbled mess. They got our order wrong 2 times in a row and the pizza was burned and honestly I think this place needs help or to be closed. it genuinely sucks. I don't say this lightly, it genuinely sucks

We ordered delivery, waited 2 hours. Nothing. Called support, was routed to a call center. Waited for half an hour. Went to store, they re-made the order, but messed it up as well after going over it 3 times to make sure they had the correct instructions. This location is abysmal. They should close it.

Order hand tossed, received thin n crispy trquested a remake, receivedthe same. Have been trying to get the store manager but goes to call center and stuck on hold for 30 minutes already. Kids won't eat the pizza.
Missing parts of the order this time, last time, it was incorrectly made items. How hard is this job?

Ordered a pizza online for curbside pick up. Drove over & parked, call number for curbside pu, no one answered guy walked out with receipts and told me I owed $xx & I told him I paid via Apple Pay online, he told me no it wasn’t & I couldn’t talk like that and said my order was cancelled & to leave! I left & called the number (call center answered & transferred me to store & store disconnected) tried multiple times to call & was either put on indefinite hold or they didn’t pick up from IVR BAD customer treatment! Will never eat at Pizza Hut again!

The reason for the one star is because for some reason they canceled our order and then banned us from ordering from the golf links in Harrison Pizza Hut, because the delivery driver refused to deliver it in our area cause it’s not safe and they feel uncomfortable coming in this area
