We have ordered takeout from this Pizza Hut many many times and it is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The pizza is always stacked with toppings and the Pepsi always comes cold.

I have begged for years for Pizza Hut to get a decent online ordering. If you have to change 1 thing it removes everything you have entered. Even though on entering my new credit card, it did not keep it. I spent 30 freaking minutes trying to order online, gave up & called. Pizza Hut, if you care about your business you have to get into the 21st Century. Your online ordering system is 1990s. You should be embarrassed to have that kind of system. P.S. you overcharge. Never again. I give up. I gave up months ago & removed your app from my phone. Now I'm going to Magpie Pizza. Adios Pizza Hut.not that any of your people will bother reading this. You definitely don't care about customers.

If you like cold stale chicken wings, hardened barren pizza with the customer service to match it, all at a terriblly high cost (18% pre tip included) then look no further! Let's not forget the email they send asking about the experience, to which I politely and promptly replied too all to no avail. No response a week later. Flaming garbage bin of a product and service. You're gonna love it.

I had points available for a medium 2 item pizza. I received a burnt pizza. Very disappointing. I actually had to throw it In the trash.i was disappointed that they actually delivered it in that condition.
