⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Outstanding experience at Rock ‘n’ Roll thanks to Remi, the hostess. She was energetic, welcoming, and genuinely engaging with customers, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Her kindness and enthusiasm stood out, especially how she connected with guests by sharing a bit of Mandarin and learning Spanish. Excellent hospitality and service—we will definitely be returning because of her.

Nice buffet with good assortment of items. Lots of chicken and shrimp, but only one beef dish (broccoli beef) which was a minor disappointment. I'd go again.

It was my 1st visit, but the food was pretty good for a buffet. Some of it got a little cold by the time I got to it, but I'll figure out a better system next time (I probably took to long on my crab legs). Worth a 2nd try!

This buffet has a good variety of food. However, some food is too old (like the green beans). I would say they wait until for so long to refill food trays. Most of the food is good with the exception of that food that sits for to much time before it's refilled. The place is nice and spacious.

I usually take my family here for dinner because we love the different seafood options. Well, today I decided eat here after a funeral and eat lunch. The food was a little cold but I was still enjoying it until a short black hair was in my mouth after biting into my food. I kindly told the waiter and he was saying it was a white/blond hair suggesting it was my daughter's implying I put it in my food, until I put it in the white napkin. He of course goes to his other employee friends smirking still as if I put it in there. Now I know some folks do stuff like that but I don't and was enjoying my food up until that point. They apologized and offered 10% off then came and comped my daughter's meal (the cheaper choice, of course). It was my meal that was compromised and my appetite that was ruined. I paid without arguing, but it'll be a long while before I eat here again. Very sad.

Me and a friend went to this restaurant a couple days ago we hadn't been there in like maybe 12 13 years so I thought we would try it again. There aren't that many buffet style restaurants as far as Chinese here in Tucson since a pandemic hit our favorites closed so I thought I would try this place again. I should have known it would not be what I expected prices definitely increases from where they had been back a few years ago we went for lunch which was not good that food was not good at all it's like it didn't have the taste some was really salty and others were tasteless so anyway we did not enjoy it. The waitress was kind of rude only came over once we need a drink refills we never got them she just came over left the bill on the table so I was going to walk the bill to the front of the restaurant to pay it it seems like she didn't trust us she grabbed the the grill before I could put my hand on it and walked it to the front and we paid for it I don't think she was happy since I didn't tip she didn't do nothing as a waitress but I swear the food was horrible, I noticed the restroom were filthy smelled. We left we had a strange taste in our mouths when we left it tasted like blood it's a copper taste or whatever you get in your mouth and bite your tongue or whatever you got that funny taste from your blood that's what it tasted like nothing my friend or I had done to ourselves we didn't have any blood in our mouth it was something we ate there gross me out I will never return to this restaurant again and I want people there is something wrong there beware.

I’ve celebrated every major accomplishment here. Demotions? Yep. After funeral dinner? Of course. Even the day I finalized my divorce? You better believe it! I was sitting at my favorite corner table with a plate full of sushi when I realized I forgot to get crab legs. I was reaching over for the biggest leg when my eyes met with the most handsome man I’ve ever seen. this place has seen me at my lowest, fed me back to life, and witnessed me fall in love — all between the sushi station and the dessert bar. If you’re looking for amazing food and a little bit of destiny, run, don’t walk to Wok and Roll.

The bathrooms are dirty always smell like a sewer pipe is broken.

The staff are the kind of people that think cleaning a restroom is beneath them the water for drinking smells like toilet water.

They keep it dimly lit so you don't notice how filthy the restaurant is.
